Evelyn (Burns) Kaltenbach Fladt, 90, of Dublin died Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Crown Point Care Center in Columbus.
She was born June 21, 1930 to the late Arthur C. and Clara (Rausch) Burns in the family home in Milford Center.
She was baptized and raised at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Chuckery.
She was a member at St. John Lutheran Church in Dublin and participated in the choir. She also belonged to the Grange of Hilliard.
She enjoyed crocheting, gardening and playing cards, but most especially spending time with her granddaughters and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her first husband, Jo Ted Kaltenbach in 1989 and second husband, Edward Fladt in 2019; brothers and sisters-in-law, Martin (Norma) Burns, Richard (Betty) Burns, Harold Burns and Dean Burns; and brother-in-law, Truman Nicol.
She is survived by her sons, Jo (Linda Sue) Kaltenbach and Jack (Linda Marie) Kaltenbach; granddaughters, Dena (Shawn), Kristy (Jimmy) and Jacklyn; step grandsons, A.J. (Marlo) and Arick (Kim); great-grandchildren, Josh, Zach, Tyler Harrison, Rosa Cunningham, Christian, Kenny, Evelyn, Gwen, Teegan and Skyy; sister, Dorothy Nicol; and sister-in-law, Viola Burns.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, March 29, 2021 at St. John Lutheran Church, 6135 Rings Road, Dublin, Ohio 43016, where visitation will be held one hour prior, from 10-11 a.m. Monday.
The Rev. Adam Stinebrenner will officiate and burial will follow at St. Paul Lutheran Church Cemetery.
