Imogene Marlene Riegel, 84, of Jackson died Monday, Oct. 28, 2019 at Four Winds Nursing Facility in Jackson.
She was born Dec. 8, 1934 in Irwin, Ohio to the late John Leo and Martha Opal Hensen Guisinger.
She enjoyed traveling, camping and most importantly, spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Wayne Riegel; sons, Robbie Lee (Victoria) Douglas and Martin Lewis (Pamela) Douglas; daughter, Caroline Faye Douglas; step-daughter, Cindy Ross; sister, Bernice Banks; nine grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Bobby Lee Douglas; daughter, Debra Kay Douglas; brothers, Herman “Butch,” Keith and Sam; and sisters, Ruth, Betty, Mary Ann and Pauline.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 1, 2019 at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Janie Karl officiating.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, 2019 at the Union Township Cemetery (Milford Center Cemetery) in Milford Center. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Friday.
