Michael David Blaine Andrews II, 25, of Richwood, died unexpectedly Sunday, Aug. 18, 2019 in Milford Center.
He was a graduate of Marysville High School where he played both football and baseball. A proud military man, he served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps, two of those years in Okinawa, Japan as a ground electronic maintenance man. When he left the Marine Corps, he enrolled in the Veterans Piping Program.
He will be remembered as someone who was always there to help anyone in need. He loved his Mustang cars, playing Xbox and never winning, eating chocolate chip pancakes and caring for his canine companion, Lana.
He was born April 22, 1994 in Marysville to Michael D.B. Andrews and Billie Jo Ropp Humble.
He is survived by his wife, Danielle Reid Andrews; mother and stepfather, Billie Jo and Everett Humble; father and stepmother, Michael D.B. Andrews and Bobbi Andrews; siblings, Blake (Forrest) Kaminski of Ostrander, April (Jason) Weese of Delaware, Madison Andrews and JR Andrews; grandparents, Rynecia (Rodney) Norris, John Ropp, Carol Andrews, Betty Lou DeGood, Clair Norris, Ruth Ann Ropp, Everett and Janet Humble; nieces and nephew, Autumn Kaminski, Faith Weese and JJ Weese; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Aaron Michael Humble; an aunt, Tracy Andrews; and grandfather, Gary Andrews.
Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday with Nevin Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Milford Center Cemetery will full military honors by the Union County Honor Guard.
In his memory, contributions may be made to the Union County Military Family Support Group in care of the funeral home.
