Patricia Ann Johnson, 63, of Columbus and formerly of Marysville died May 24 at her home with her loving daughter by her side.
She worked as a customer service representative for Parker-Dennison and was a longtime member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Marysville.
She enjoyed listening to classic rock, exploring nature and traveling with her family, especially their trips to Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah.
She was a determined, independent and reliable person who was also very fun and incredibly loving toward all those who knew her.
She was born Sept. 27, 1956 in Omaha, Nebraska to the late Vincent and Alice Ickler Jackson. She married Duane S. Johnson Jan. 5, 1995 in Lincoln, Nebraska. He preceded her in death on Jan. 17, 2010.
She is survived by her children, Shaun (Fawn) Garrison of Lincoln and Deja Johnson of Columbus; three grandchildren; and siblings, Tom Jackson of Creighton, Nebraska and Darrell White of Lexington, Kentucky.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will be announced and held at a later date. Burial will be next to her husband and Lincoln Memorial Park in Lincoln, Nebraska. Ingram Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the World Wide Work of Jehovah’s Witnesses in care of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 17700 Echo Drive, Marysville, Ohio.
