Travis Ray Lively, died unexpectedly the day before his 28th birthday on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, in his home.
He was born May 16, 1991, in Columbus and attended Jonathan Alder High School. He was loved by many and by everyone that knew him.
His smile could melt your heart and his laugh lingers still. He loved his family and friends. His biggest joy was spending time with people.
He enjoyed fishing, playing games with his buddies and making other people laugh. He had a big heart and gave the best hugs ever.
He will be forever missed.
He is survived by his parents, Leisa (Daniel) Ritchie, his father Terry Lively Jr., brother, Ryan Lively, step-sister, Lexi Ritchie, maternal grandparents, Ray and Loretta Culwell, and paternal grandparents, Terry and Judy Lively Sr.
The family will receive friends Monday from 5-8 p.m. at Ferguson Funeral Home, 202 E. Main St., Plain City, where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday with pastors Bill Webb and Steve Hicks officiating.
