Shayne Scott Eugene, 20, of Chestnut Street was cited for unlawful restraint and domestic violence in the 400 block of Chestnut Street at 7:03 a.m. Monday.
Alexis Landry, 19, of Killbuck was cited for driving with a temporary instruction permit and display of license plates in the 16000 block of Square Drive at 9:10 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of telecommunications harassment in the 600 block of Mill Wood Blvd. at 9:09 a.m. Monday.

As a result of a traffic stop at the U.S. 33 rest area, a deputy arrested Michael R. Moseley, 37, of Columbus for an outstanding warrant from Delaware County at 1:14 a.m. Monday. He was transferred to the custody of a Delaware County deputy.
Deputies were sent to the area of Trout Road and Route 4 for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 5:51 a.m. Monday.
Deputies and units from the Pleasant Valley Fire District and the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to a property damage crash at the intersection of Route 161 and Route 38 involving a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu that drove off the road and into a field at 8:15 a.m. Monday.
