Matthew Justin Werner, 30, of W. Fifth Street was cited for disorderly conduct; intoxication in the 900 block of W. Fifth Street at 12:40 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate police were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute, which resulted in two individuals being cited.
Jodie R. Weber, 52, of W. Fifth Street was cited for disorderly conduct; intoxication in the 900 block of W. Fifth Street at 3:26 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate police were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute, which resulted in two individuals being cited.
Shane Nelson, 41, of W. Third Street was cited for driving under suspension in the 100 block of Park Avenue at 9:46 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of W. Fifth Street at 8:13 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate a blue Chevy Cruze was stolen from the listed location.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 10:56 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate an employee of Ace Hardware reported a theft from the business.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 1000 block of Creekview Drive at 3:20 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate a local resident reported packages being opened prior to him receiving them through the mail.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 1500 block of Claudia Lane at 4:21 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate a juvenile left the residence without seeking permission from parents.

A deputy responded to the 21000 block of Johnson Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2010 Honda CR-V that struck a deer at 7:39 a.m. Monday.
A deputy investigated a trespassing complaint at a property in the 8000 block of McKitrick Road involving a utility company at 10:52 p.m. Monday.
A deputy went to the Multi-County Jail in Marion to take custody of Jonathan A. Manns, 36, of Alger for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:27 a.m. Monday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Pickaway County Jail to take custody of Darrin S. Heise, 53, of Circleville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:31 p.m. Monday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Route 739 and the U.S. 33 eastbound on-ramp to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2016 Honda Accord that was struck from behind by a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee at 3:29 p.m. Monday. The driver of the Jeep, Wayne A. Lodge, 19, of Marion was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy met with a resident from the 8000 block of Mitchell-Dewitt Road to investigate attempted fraud involving a social security number at 3:42 p.m. Monday.
Deputies stopped a 2008 Kia Sedona on U.S. 33 near U.S. 36 for a traffic violation at 5:45 p.m. Monday. After further investigation, it was determined the driver had been involved in a domestic dispute with her boyfriend in the City of Columbus and had left the scene. The Columbus Police Department was contacted and a report was taken.
A deputy responded to the 26000 block of Route 31 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu that struck a deer at 5:55 p.m. Monday.
