Deputies responded to the roundabout on Industrial Parkway at Old Industrial Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe that drove off the road and struck a traffic sign at 11:07 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 11000 block of Orchid Hill Drive to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 12:33 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 24000 block of Darby Pottersburg Road to investigate a scam involving the victim’s social security number at 3:44 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy responded to the U.S. 33 westbound off-ramp to U.S. 42 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2016 Cadillac SRX that was struck from behind by a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe at 4:38 p.m. Thursday. The driver of the Chevrolet, Joshua D. VanHorne, 37, of Mount Sterling was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy responded to the roundabout at Industrial Parkway and Route 161 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox that was struck from behind by a 2005 Ford F-750. The driver of the Ford, Christopher L. Bolin, 55, of Marysville was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Jason M. Brazell, 28, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:51 p.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
