According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Lawrence Bowman, 26, of Woodlawn Avenue was arrested for theft and possessing criminal tools in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 7:13 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Police responded to a report of forgery in the 1300 block of W. Fifth Street at 7:12 p.m. Monday. The reporting person indicated she received two counterfeit $20 bills as change at a local gas station.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy responded to a property damage crash in the 10000 block of Crottinger Road involving a 2011 Honda Accord that struck a deer at 5:50 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Jason T. Trosper, 42, of Plain City for a bond violation at 8:36 a.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred at the intersection of Scottslawn Road and Route 736 involving a 2020 Jeep Cherokee that was struck from behind by a 2019 Honda Odyssey at 4:43 p.m. Monday.
A deputy responded to a property damage crash in the 10000 block of Hopewell Road involving a 2018 Toyota RAV4 that struck a deer at 5:53 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 22000 block of Route 245 to investigate a domestic dispute between a father and son at 7:39 p.m. Monday.
Deputies attempted to stop a 2006 Toyota Avalon on U.S. 33 westbound near the rest area for a traffic violation at 11:08 p.m. Monday. After a brief pursuit, the vehicle pulled over on U.S. 33 east of U.S. 36. As a result of the investigation, the driver of the vehicle, Jeremy D. Bickerstaff, 24, of Columbus was arrested for failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and possession of drug abuse instruments. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
