According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Lauren Ashley Faircloth, 30, of Chestnut Street was arrested on a warrant service arrest on Oak Street at 1:53 a.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate an officer saw a male and a female walking in the middle of Oak Street while investigating another call. The female initially game a false name, but eventually stated her real name and said she lied because she had a warrant out of Champaign County. She was arrested and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving a juvenile that occurred on Tulip Drive at 7:35 a.m. Wednesday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies and officers from the Dublin Police Department were sent to a business in the 7200 block of Route 161 for a trespassing complaint at 7:34 a.m. Wednesday. After further investigation, deputies recovered a 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer stolen out of North Carolina and arrested Brandon Hairston, 38, of Rochester, New York for obstructing official business. Additional charges are expected to be filed. Hairston was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 21000 block of Route 739 to investigate a runaway juvenile at 7:43 a.m. Wednesday. The juvenile was located in the City of Marysville and transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 26000 block of Route 37 to investigate a telephone scam involving the victim’s personal information at 9:34 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 9700 block of New California Drive to investigate a dispute over an insurance claim at 10:08 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Route 161 and Cosgray Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 Dodge Ram and a 2017 Jaguar at 5:56 p.m. Wednesday. It was determined the crash occurred in Franklin County.
Deputies responded to the 7200 block of Route 161 to investigate a robbery involving an unknown suspect with a knife at 7:12 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies and a Richwood Police Officer were dispatched to a property in the 17000 block of Route 739 to investigate a possible burglary at 7:36 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department responded to Hoover Bault Road near Route 739 for an injury crash involving a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado that drove off the road, overturned and struck a fence at 8:45 p.m. Wednesday. The driver, Allan D. Degood, 66, of Marysville was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
