According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Tanda Sue Marie Fields, 27, of Bellefontaine was arrested for theft by deception in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 3:08 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate Wal-Mart called MPD in reference to a theft in progress.
Police responded to a report of juvenile offenses in the 100 block of Butternut Drive at 7:34 a.m. Thursday. The reporting person stated her step-daughter was refusing to go school. Reports indicate this is an ongoing problem.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy responded to Wolford Maskill Road near Route 4 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Toyota Prius that struck a deer at 7:52 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 7000 block of Montgomery Drive to investigate several forged checks at 9:24 a.m. Thursday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 17000 block of Bear Swamp Road to investigate an attempted burglary at 10:23 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy arrested Joshua D. Young, 31, of Grove City for an outstanding warrant in the lobby of the Sheriff’s Office at 2:41 p.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to the Jerome Township Fire Department on U.S. 42 to meet with a juvenile threatening self-harm at 3:37 p.m. Thursday. The juvenile was transported to Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
As a result of a traffic stop in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue, a deputy arrested Dominic L. Fields, 36, of Grove City for an outstanding warrant at 9:18 p.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
