A deputy responded to the 13000 block of Route 4 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Dodge Journey that struck a deer at 6:44 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to a property damage crash in the 19000 block of West Darby Road involving two vehicles at 8:39 a.m. Thursday. The State Patrol investigated the crash.
A deputy was dispatched to a property in the 19000 block of Springdale Road to investigate an ongoing trespassing dispute involving a person cutting down trees at 11:32 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy went to the Wood County Jail to take custody of Matthew C. Phipps, 30, of Westerville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:32 p.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies assisted the Plain City Police Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol with a vehicle pursuit and subsequent property damage crash involving the suspect vehicle on U.S. 42 south of Industrial Parkway.
A deputy responded to the 18000 block of Route 739 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2017 Dodge Ram Promaster van that struck a deer at 6:16 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy responded to the roundabout at Route 161 and Eiterman Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2006 Chrysler 300 that struck a 2019 Honda Accord at 6:24 p.m. Thursday. The driver of the Chrysler, Marion E. Burnside, 83, of Marysville was issued a traffic citation for failure to drive in marked lanes.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 12000 block of Industrial Parkway to investigate a trespassing complaint at 8:33 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy and a Richwood Police Officer were sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Wasserbeck Road to assist the Marion Police Department with the arrest of a person, whose name was unlisted, wanted for a domestic violence warrant at 9:23 p.m. Thursday. The person was transferred to the custody of a Marion Police Officer.
