John Wayne Rowe, 47, and Angela K. Ray, 35, both of Columbus, were arrested for theft Tuesday at 11 a.m.
Police investigated suspicious conditions on Colemans Crossing Tuesday at 2:22 a.m.
Marcus W. Biggs, 38, of Marysville, was arrested for driving under the influence on Mill Wood Boulevard Tuesday at 3:52 p.m.
Officers responded to a civil standby on Milford Avenue Tuesday at 4:19 p.m.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy investigated unwanted text and phone messages that were received at a residence in the 18000 block of Route 31 Tuesday at 2:29 a.m.
A deputy responded to Route 47 east of Phelps Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2011 Chevrolet Impala that lost control and struck a guardrail Tuesday at 8:26 a.m.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department were sent to a residence in the 16000 block of Church Street in New Dover for a possible overdose Tuesday at 12:53 p.m. One person was taken to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 18000 block of Route 47 to investigate threatening phone calls and test messages Tuesday at 1:35 p.m.
Union County deputies responded to a residence on Dooley Drive in North Lewisburg to assist deputies from the Champaign County Sheriff’s Office with a combative person Tuesday at 1:56 p.m.
A deputy investigated the theft of a cellphone that occurred at a business in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway Tuesday at 4:27 p.m.
A deputy and a Richwood Police Officer went to a residence in the 26000 block of Route 4 to arrest Jeremy A. Wilcox, 30, of Richwood, for an outstanding warrant Tuesday at 5:20 p.m. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Wolford Maskill Road and Martin Welch Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Chrysler 300 that drove off the road and into a field Tuesday at 8:19 p.m. The driver, Robert J. Biondi, 76, of Lutz, Florida, was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
