According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of theft – without consent in the 400 block of Windmil Drive at 12:30 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 1000 block of Nutmeg Drive at 3:49 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a package was reported missing from the complainant’s mailbox.
Police responded to a report of assault – knowingly harming the victim in the 300 block of E. Sixth Street at 6:05 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a juvenile was arrested for assault following a road rage incident. The case was forwarded to prosecutors for pending charges on the other driver involved.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 100 block of E. Fifth Street at 1:58 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate MPD responded in reference to a found knife.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 1200 block of Sassafras Lane at 1:45 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a package was reported stolen during transport.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 200 block of Cypress Drive at 10:02 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Blake Smith, 21, of Beardstown, Illinois and Margo Hall, 60, of Marion on W. Fourth Street at N. Court Street at 1:13 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Hall was stopped at the stop sign traveling westbound at the intersection of W. Fourth Street and N. Court Street. Smith then failed to stop and rear-ended Hall’s vehicle. Reports indicate neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. Smith was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead. Reports indicate he was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
Blake Smith, 21, of Beardstown, Illinois was arrested for driving while under the influence in the 200 block of E. Fourth Street at 10:44 p.m. Sunday. The charge stemmed from the accident involving Hall.
Devin A. McCabe, 24, of Milford Avenue was arrested for an FRA/non-compliance suspension on E. Seventh Street at S. Main Street at 12:14 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation. As a result, the operator was issued a citation.
David Robert Booth, 50, of Unionville Center was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 1600 block of Cobblestone Way at 12:43 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate MPD responded to a dispute in the area of Turkey Hill. MPD located the individuals and Booth became uncooperative when MPD attempted to pat him down for weapons. The individual began to resist by pulling away and pushing MPD officers. The individual was then taken into custody.
Police responded to a report of an incident involving juvenile offenses, curfew and driver’s license required in the 300 block of E. Fifth Street at 1:32 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a juvenile was cited for no operator’s license on a traffic stop.

Deputies assisted Richwood Police Officers with an arrest warrant at a residence on Beatty Avenue at 2:02 a.m. Friday.
Deputies responded to U.S. 33 near mile post 23 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was struck by an unknown vehicle that was travelling westbound and did not stop after the crash at 7:23 p.m. Friday.
A deputy and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department, Marysville Fire Department, Northern Union County Fire and EMS District, Leesburg Township Fire Department, Allen Township Fire Department, Southeast Hardin and Northwest Union Joint Fire District, Perry Township Fire Department, Bokescreek Township Fire Department, Ridgeway Fire Department and the Union County Emergency Management Agency responded to a residential fire in the 20000 block of Route 47 at 12:24 a.m. Saturday.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near the westbound rest area, a deputy arrested Christopher E. Homan, 42, of Belle Center for an outstanding warrant at 1:02 a.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Allen County Jail to take custody of Jesse A. Hosking, 36, of Delaware for an outstanding arrest warrant at 6:39 a.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department, Concord Township Fire Department and the Washington Township Fire Department responded to U.S. 42 near Watkins California Road to investigate an injury crash involving a 2007 Honda Accord that was struck by a 2020 Volvo semi-truck at 12:18 p.m. Saturday. Two victims were transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 22000 block of Liberty West Road to investigate a dispute between an ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend at 1:33 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 21000 block of Northwest Parkway to investigate the theft of money involving a scam claiming to be Publishers Clearing House at 2:01 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy responded to U.S. 36 near Dover County Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2008 Honda Ridgeline that struck several deer at 7:14 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 1000 block of Tioga Springs Circle for an unruly juvenile at 8:57 p.m. Saturday.
A Union County deputy met with a Marion County deputy to take custody of Anthony W. Nelson, 48, of Marion for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:51 a.m. Sunday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department responded to a residence in the 19000 block of Main Street in Broadway for a person threatening self-harm at 2:59 a.m. Sunday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of George-Paul Jones, 36, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:48 a.m. Sunday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies investigated a child abuse incident that occurred at a residence in the 12000 block of Black Road at 9:18 a.m. Sunday.
As a result of a traffic stop in the 30000 block of Route 31, deputies arrested Ousseynou K. Diop, 21, of Reynoldsburg for an outstanding warrant from the Findlay Police Department at 1:25 p.m. Sunday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 22000 block of Bear Swamp Road for an unruly juvenile at 8:44 p.m. Sunday. The juvenile was arrested and transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
A deputy and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to a residence in the 7100 block of Beachwood Way for a possible suicide attempt at 9:28 p.m. Sunday. The victim was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
A deputy went to the Logan County Jail to take custody of Daniel G. Miller, 32, of Bellefontaine for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:28 p.m. Sunday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

Thomas M. Vanshoyck, 43, of Marysville was cited for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and not driving in marked lanes on U.S. 33 westbound at mile marker 18 at 9:22 p.m. Saturday.
Steven R. Hall, 59, of Hilliard was cited for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and not driving in marked lanes on U.S. 33 eastbound at mile marker 1 at 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
Zachary A. Guettler, 24, of Columbus was cited for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and not driving in marked lanes on U.S. 33 eastbound at mile marker 19 at 2:58 a.m. Sunday.
