According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Faith Ann Moyer, 20, of W. Third Street was cited for driving under suspension in the 200 block of Collins Avenue at 3:21 a.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 300 block of E. Fifth Street at 4:25 p.m. Tuesday. A manager at Village Pantry deemed a male subject’s actions “unacceptable in the store” and asked that he be trespassed.
Police responded to a report of sexual battery at an unlisted location at 5:27 p.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a suicide attempt in the 100 block of Elwood Avenue at 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of an individual driving while under the influence in the 100 block of N. Cherry Street at 11:37 p.m. Tuesday. Employees at United Dairy Farmers reported a possible drunk driver in the parking lot. The subject was identified by MPD and found not to be impaired.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Shelbylynn Grace Ivey, 24, of W. Maple Street and a juvenile that occurred on Columbus Avenue at Fifth Street at 3:42 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate Ivey was traveling northbound on Columbus Avenue while the juvenile driver was traveling southbound on N. Cherry Street. Ivey turned left at the five-point intersection. The juvenile turned right from N. Cherry Street to E. Fifth Street at the intersection. The juvenile made contact with Ivey’s vehicle as they were turning. Ivey does not have a listed license plate for the vehicle she was driving. Neither driver was injured in the incident. No citations are listed as of the time of the report.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Shawn D. Hartman, 29, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:49 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to a residence in the 15000 block of Scottslawn Road for a deceased person at 7:50 a.m. Tuesday. The Union County Coroner was called to the scene.
A deputy assisted the Marysville Police Department and the Marysville Fire Department with a pedestrian injury crash in the 200 block of South Walnut Street at 8:36 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Matthew C. Phipps, 30, of Westerville for a bond violation at 10:08 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 20000 block of Springdale Road to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 11:42 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy went to the Ashland County Jail to take custody of Clifton A. Bingham, 35, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:07 p.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 9000 block of Hyland Croy Road to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 1:55 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were dispatched to the 25000 block of Storms Road to investigate a trespassing complaint involving snowmobiles at 2:58 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Route 739 to investigate the possible theft of a dog at 3:37 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies responded to a residence in the 23000 block of Route 31 to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 3:42 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy met with an Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper to take custody of Sean K. Hill, 35, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 3:56 p.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A Union County deputy met with a Marion County deputy to take custody of Sara N. Burnett, 31, of Marion for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:13 p.m. Tuesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A Union County deputy met with a Marion County deputy to take custody of Deonte M. Fragmin, 28, of Marion for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:13 p.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
