According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to an incident involving a child using, consuming or possessing tobacco products on the pedestrian bridge at 2:24 a.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate a juvenile was stopped at 2:20 a.m. and found to be in possession of tobacco.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy and a Richwood Police Officer were dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Miller Road to investigate a possible burglary at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
Deputies were sent to a residence on Pleasant Street in Milford Center to investigate a criminal mischief complaint at 9:28 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Brock Road to investigate a possible property damage crash involving a 2010 Honda Pilot that struck a plastic shovel that fell off a passing vehicle at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy and the Union County Dog Warden were sent to a residence in the 21000 block of Raymond Road for a dog that was running loose and killing poultry and injuring waterfowl at 9:42 a.m. Wednesday. After further investigation, the owner of the dog, Lamanda A. Walter, 34, of Raymond was charged with failure to confine a dog.
A deputy went to the Logan County Jail to take custody of Jason A. Thompson, 45, of Lakeview for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:08 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 for a runaway juvenile at 4:37 p.m. Wednesday. The juvenile was located.
While on patrol, a deputy came upon a property damage crash involving a 2010 Ford Focus that lost control and drove off the road near the intersection of Hinton Mill Road and Watkins Road at 6:43 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy responded to the 18000 block of Paver Barnes Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2005 Honda Odyssey that lost control, drove off the road and into a ditch and then struck a utility pole at 8:48 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies responded to the 7800 block of Mitchell Dewitt Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2007 Cadillac CTS that lost control, drove off the road and struck a traffic sign at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday. The juvenile driver was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
