Sean K. Hill, 35, of Columbus was arrested for failure to appear in court in the 700 block of N. Main Street at 10:49 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of drug abuse – marijuana in the 800 block of Amrine Mill Road at 8:53 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate a student was in possession of a “Dab pen” while at school and shared it with another student. Parents of both individuals were contacted.
Police responded to a report of an assault involving a juvenile in the 2000 block of Creekview Drive at 8:17 a.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 500 block of Fairwood Drive at 4:49 p.m. Friday. The reporting person advised she received a CashApp card in her name, but never applied for one.
Police responded to a report of telephone harassment in the 200 block of N. Cherry Street at 4:48 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 1000 block of N. Main Street at 6:56 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a male took tires from Rural King without paying for them.
Police responded to a report of a mental health issue in the 700 block of S. Plum Street at 7:35 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Tonya N. Woodruff, 57, of Village Drive and Shaynne A. Edwards, 18, of Northcrest Drive that occurred on Northwood Drive at Route 31 at 10:37 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate Woodruff was stopped at a red light on Northwood Drive facing Route 31. Edwards was behind Woodruff’s vehicle and failed to slow, then struck the rear of her vehicle. Neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. Edwards was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Austin Noland, 24, of Rebecca Drive and Mary Nicole Strine, 29, of Marion that occurred on U.S. 36 at U.S. 33 at 7:02 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Strine was stopped in the left westbound lane of U.S. 36 east at U.S. 33 west. Noland was directly behind her vehicle. Noland reportedly stated that he took his eyes off the road to look at a vehicle for sale and he struck the rear of Strine’s vehicle. Strine experienced possible injuries but was not transported. Noland was cited for failure to control.
Daryl Eugene Cooper, 50, of E. Fifth Street was cited for annual registration of dogs in the 500 block of E. Fifth Street at 6:55 p.m. Saturday.
Vivette Lotte Blaha, 46, of E. Fifth Street was cited for dogs and other animals running at large in the 500 block of E. Fifth Street at 6:55 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Blaha’s citation and Cooper’s citation stem from a March 3 incident regarding an animal complaint.
Dillon Lee Manning, 30, of Chestnut Street was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 23000 block of Route 4 at 8:39 p.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Police responded to a report of a suicide threat in the 100 block of Elwood Avenue at 7:43 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of rape at an unlisted location at 7:24 p.m. Saturday.
Police conducted a well-being check in the 100 block of Butternut Drive at 10:51 p.m. Saturday. A female was reported to be held against her will after going on a date with an unknown male, arranged on the social app TikTok. Morgan County deputies responded to another address and found the female to be fine.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Joseph C. Payne, 42, of U.S. 36 that occurred on Millcreek Drive at 11:20 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Payne was pulling out of the Dollar General parking lot and turned south onto Delaware Avenue. He stated a dog jumped on him, causing him to strike a curb. He struck the curb “hard enough to completely break off” the front, passenger side wheel of his vehicle. Payne was cited for operation without reasonable control.
Police responded to a report of a missing juvenile in the 300 block of S. Walnut Street at 12:08 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a “defiant” juvenile left the home.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 1000 block of E. Fifth Street at 1:49 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate an officer seized marijuana while conducting a traffic stop.
Police responded to a report of domestic violence in the 100 block of Greenwood Blvd. at 3:16 p.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of Sumac Drive at 5:26 p.m. Sunday. A child’s bike was reported stolen.

Deputies and a Richwood Police Department officer were dispatched to a residence in the 26000 block of Route 37 to investigate a trespassing complaint at 12:08 a.m. Friday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 11000 block of Watkins Road for a person threatening self-harm at 4:51 a.m. Friday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital for evaluation.
A deputy met with a Marysville Police Department officer to take custody of Sean K. Hill, 35, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 5:25 a.m. Friday. He was transported to Marysville Municipal Court.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Maple Ridge Road to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 8:51 a.m. Friday.
A deputy investigated a dispute over property that occurred at a business in the 7000 block of Rickard Road at 9:52 a.m. Friday.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 26000 block of Route 37 to investigate an attempted break-in at a storage unit at 9:57 a.m. Friday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 14000 block of Bellepoint Road to investigate a neighbor dispute over a vehicle blocking a driveway at 10:32 a.m. Friday.
While investigating a driving complaint on Hyland Croy Road near Oak Park Blvd., a deputy stopped in the suspect vehicle and subsequently arrested the driver, Stephen A. Lee, 35, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant from the Hilliard Police Department at 10:36 a.m. Friday. Lee was turned over to the custody of an HPD officer.
A deputy met with a resident from the 16000 block of Raintree Drive to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 12:07 p.m. Friday.
Deputies responded to Route 161 and Industrial Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2008 Toyota Sienna and a 2015 Nissan Frontier at 2:37 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 7100 block of Dogwood Drive to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment complaint at 3:18 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 26000 block of Route 37 to investigate the theft of toolboxes that were stolen from a semi-trailer that was parked on the property at 7:50 p.m. Friday.
