Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 100 block of S. Oak Street at 7:37 a.m. Tuesday. The reporting person indicated a male appeared to need medical attention.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies responded to the intersection of Route 47 and McMillen Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 1998 Ford Expedition that was struck by a 2000 Honda Civic at 7:10 a.m. Tuesday. The driver of the Honda, Wesley M. Delaney, 18, of Richwood was issued a traffic citation for improper passing.
Deputies were dispatched to a business in the 7600 block of Commerce Place to investigate a fight between employees and a manager at 7:13 a.m. Tuesday. As a result of the investigation, Cole A. Supple, 25, of Hilliard was charged with disorderly conduct.
A deputy and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the 11000 block of Jerome Road for an injury crash involving a 2008 Nissan 350Z that was struck from behind by a 2010 Lincoln MKX at 7:39 a.m. Tuesday. The juvenile driver of the Lincoln was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 12000 block of Taylor Road to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 9:19 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy went to the Richland County Jail to take custody of Daniel J. Adkins, 36, of Mansfield for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:44 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Summersweet Way to investigate unauthorized charges to the victim’s credit card at 11:44 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 20000 block of Route 31 to investigate identity theft involving several fraudulently obtained credit cards at 11:53 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy assisted the Marysville Police Department and the Marysville Fire Department with an injury crash at the intersection of U.S. 36 and Mill Creek Drive at 12:55 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were sent to Streng Road in the area of Route 38 to take possession of a blue Kiwi Lobo Kayak that was found adrift in the Big Darby River at 4:09 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies met with a Richwood Police Department officer to take custody of Krista N. Reck, 39, of Urbana for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:22 p.m. Tuesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
While on patrol on Hoover Bault Road near Coder Holloway Road, a deputy investigated a possible hunting violation involving a deer carcass dumped along the roadway at 5:33 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy investigated identity theft that occurred at a residence in the 13000 block of Taylor Road involving unauthorized bank accounts that were opened at 6:10 p.m. Tuesday.
