According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Roger Lee Ellis, 66, of Springfield was cited for driving while under the influence in the 900 block of Delaware Avenue at 1:23 a.m. Thursday.
Police responded to a report of inducing panic or threatening violence in the 800 block of N. Maple Street at 12:17 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate a student advised another student made “comments about violence.”
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy assisted a Richwood Police Department officer with a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at a residence on West Bomford Street in Richwood at 2:21 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Department officer to take custody of Brian E. Legg Sr., 54, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:02 a.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Rose Street in Magnetic Springs for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 5:46 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy went to the Solon Detention Facility to take custody of Elizabeth A. Gough, 41, of Chardon for an outstanding arrest warrant at 9:04 a.m. Thursday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy and the Union County Dog Warden were sent to a residence in the 19000 block of Route 4 for a dog running loose at 9:23 a.m. Thursday. As a result of the investigation, the owner of the dog, Patrick W. Mudgett, 61, of Marysville was charged with failure to confine a dog and was arrested for an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the Marysville Municipal Court and released after posting a bond.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Sugar Maple Drive to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 9:55 a.m. Thursday.
A Union County deputy met with a Franklin County deputy to take custody of Keon M. Ward, 40, of Canal Winchester for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:22 a.m. Thursday. He was released after posting bond.
A deputy was dispatched to a property in the 24000 block of Holycross Epps Road to resolve a neighbor dispute over a shared driveway at 11 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy went to a residence in the 18000 block of Route 31 to take possession of a license plate that was found in the ditch at 2:34 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy investigated a dispute between an estranged husband and wife involving an all-terrain vehicle at a residence in the 6900 block of Kile Road at 4:58 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy met with a Dublin Police Department officer to take custody of Paul G. Wolfe, 29, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 5:03 p.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Marysville Police Department and released after posting a bond.
A deputy investigated unwanted text messaged and telephone calls that were received at a residence in the 17000 block of Navin Road at 6:49 p.m. Thursday.
