According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Robert Michael Miller, 29, of West Third Street, was arrested for a probation violation on West Third Street Wednesday at 2:33 a.m.
Austin Hersha, 20, Columbus, was arrested for criminal mischief after police received reports of a burglary at 1: 36 a.m.
A vehicle was reported missing from the 600 block of Coleman’s Crossing at 12:14 p.m.
Drug paraphernalia was found during at traffic stop on U.S. 33 and U.S. 42 at 1: 06 p.m.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A Union County deputy met with a Marion County deputy to take custody of Michael B. Cox, Jr., 32, of Marion, for an outstanding arrest warrant Wednesday at 12:17 p.m.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Timothy J. Bellomy, 40, of Columbus, for a probation violation Wednesday at 2:32 a.m. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a business in the 7000 block of Corporate Boulevard to investigate damage to a vehicle Wednesday at 8:44 a.m.
A deputy met with a resident from the 14000 block of Southard Road to investigate a fraudulent check that was received as a result of an online transaction Wednesday at 11 a.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 22000 block of Herd McIlroy Road to investigate the theft of gasoline from a vehicle Wednesday at 12:23 p.m.
A deputy met with a delivery person that was bitten in the leg by a dog while delivering packages in the 9000 block of Brock Road Wednesday at 2:21 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to an injury crash at the intersection of Route 347 and Route 4 involving a 2004 Honda Civic that was struck by a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country Wednesday at 3:33 p.m. The driver of the Honda, Caleb M. Caeton, 26, of Prospect, was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield.
Deputies were sent to a business in the 11000 block of U.S. 42 for trespassing complaint Wednesday at 5:19 p.m. After further investigation, Jonathan J. Huber, 18, of Delaware, was charged with having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle.
