A resident of West Fifth Street was transported to Memorial Hospital after making threats of self-harm Monday at 9:50 a.m.
A resident of East Fifth Street reported damage to a motor vehicle Monday 1:12 p.m.
A business in Columbus Avenue reported vandalism to a motor vehicle Monday at 9:32 p.m.

A deputy investigated a child custody dispute that occurred at a residence in the 21000 block of Evans Road Monday at 12:43 a.m.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Hyland Croy Road and Tullymore Drive to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2010 Honda Accord that struck the back of a 2012 Honda Accord, which then struck the back of a 2008 Mazda MZ3 Monday at 7:48 p.m. The juvenile driver of the 2010 Honda was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Deputies responded to the intersection of Mitchell DeWitt Road and Industrial Parkway for a property damage crash involving a 2004 GMC Savana that stopped in the roadway and then backed into a 2015 GMC Sierra truck Monday at 12:20 p.m. The driver of the Savana, Nery A. Diaz, 37, of Columbus, was issued a traffic citation for improper starting or backing.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 7300 block of Rotue 161 to investigate the theft of electronic equipment Monday at 2:56 p.m.
A deputy responded to the roundabout at Route 161 and Eiterman Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2007 Toyota Prius and a 2010 Honda Accord Monday at 4:50 p.m.
Deputies assisted the Marysville Police Department with a theft investigation at a residence in the 29000 block of McMillan Road Monday at 6:13 p.m.
A deputy responded to Route 47, east of Rotue 31 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2013 Ford F-350 that struck a deer Monday at 8:09 p.m.
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Cheryl L. Klinger, 36, of Westerville, for an outstanding arrest warrant Monday at 9:10 p.m.
A deputy investigated threats involving a video game console that occurred at a residence in the 8000 block of Harriott Road Monday at 10:20 p.m.
