A juvenile from Meadowlark Lane was reported as missing or being a runaway Monday at 7:55 p.m. An investigation for physical control.
A resident of Poplar Street was transported to Memorial Hospital after threatening self-harm Monday at 11:05 p.m.

Deputies responded to a residence in the 100 block of Rose Street in Magnetic Springs for domestic argument involving two females Monday at 12:29 a.m. After further investigation, Tara C. Ball, 30, of Magnetic Springs, was arrested for domestic violence and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 9000 block of Monteray Drive to investigate identity theft involving four fraudulently obtained credit cards Monday at 3:33 p.m.
Deputies went to a home in the 17000 block of Navin Road to investigate a trespassing complaint Monday at 5:17 p.m.
A deputy investigated a dispute concerning ownership of a vehicle that is parked in the 400 block of May Street in Magnetic Springs Monday at 5:43 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a property on Catherine Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a trespassing complaint involving juveniles Monday at 5:58 p.m.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Michael A. Berry, 28, of Columbus, for an outstanding arrest warrant Monday at 10:25 p.m. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A Union County Deputy met with a Franklin County Deputy to take custody of Kimberly A. Lenfest, 46, of Columbus, for an outstanding arrest warrant Monday at 11:07 p.m. She was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
