According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of a theft in the 1000 block of Delaware Avenue at 9:43 a.m. Thursday. Reports indicate an unknown male rented a generator from Sunbelt Rentals for one day but did not return it.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 1200 block of E. Fifth Street at 4:57 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate an individual reported fraud.
Police responded to a report of a runaway juvenile in the 200 block of S. Plum Street at 9:50 p.m. Thursday. The reporting person indicated there were two runaway juveniles in the Marysville area. MPD located both juveniles and took them into custody.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
As a result of a driving complaint on Route 31 near Hillview Road, a deputy stopped a 2008 Honda Accord on Mill Wood Boulevard near Penwood Place at 8:30 a.m. Thursday. After further investigation, Dustin P. Reed, 33, of Mount Victory was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence and possession of drug abuse instruments. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 9000 block of Tartan Fields Drive for a person threatening self-harm at 2:46 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy was sent to a property in the 12000 block of Hopewell Road to investigate damage to a yard at 5:15 p.m. Thursday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Washington Township Fire Department responded to Jerome Road south of Brock Road for an injury crash involving a 2019 Hyundai Tucson that was struck from behind by a 2007 Toyota 4Runner at 6:05 p.m. Thursday. One victim was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital. The driver of the Toyota, Thuy Trang T. Bui, 46, of Dublin was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Deputies were sent to a residence on East State Street in Milford Center to investigate a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend at 9:48 p.m. Thursday.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
A trooper took used masks to Battelle for Mary Rutan Hospital on Thursday.
