According to Marysville Police Department reports:
John W. Foldi, 54, of N. Main Street was cited in the 100 block of N. Main Street at 12:46 p.m. Monday for disorderly conduct and failure to appear in court. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an earlier incident in which individuals observed a physical altercation behind 122 N. Main Street, near an officer on patrol. The subjects were issued a summons for disorderly conduct and Foldi was found to have an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in Bellefontaine Municipal Court.
John Thomas Cline, 51, of Columbus was cited for driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol in the 100 block of N. Cherry Street at 9:35 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of Buchloe Drive at 11:56 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate the reporting person stated a fire door was stolen from a new building owned by Ryan Homes.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 14000 block of Payne Road to resolve a dispute between a landlord and a tenant at 4:54 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 21000 block of Route 4 to investigate the theft of license plates that were taken off a camper at 12:32 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway to investigate a possible stolen 2015 Chevrolet Equinox at 2:18 p.m. Monday. The vehicle was located.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 21000 block of Peoria Loop Road to investigate a possible burglary at 4:25 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a business in the 73000 block of Route 161 to investigate a vehicle break-in and the theft of a performance tuner at 5:23 p.m. Monday.
Deputies and units from the Pleasant Valley Fire District were sent to a residence in the 16000 block of Robinson Road for a dispute involving several family members at 10:05 p.m. Monday. After further investigation, Justin M. Wilcox, 31, of Plain City was arrested for persistent disorderly conduct and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers conducted a traffic stop on Route 117 at mile post 2 at 11:07 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate Charles T. Marshall, Jr., 53, of Toledo was stopped for traveling left of center. He was found to have seven grams of marijuana. He was cited for driving left of center and possession of drugs and released at the scene.
