According to Marysville Police Department Reports:
Ronald Gavula, 44, of Milford Avenue, was cited for disorderly conduct and public intoxication in the 300 block of West Eighth Street Friday at 3:53 a.m.
Police responded to the 1000 block of Delaware Avenue Friday at 10:11 a.m. to investigate a possible death. Police arrived on the scene to find the subject deceased in the restroom.
Police responded to a report of an unresponsive male in the 600 block of Colemans Crossing Friday at 4:35 p.m.
John Guisinger, 50, of Columbus Grove, was charged with reckless operation on Route 4 near U.S. 33 Saturday at 1:29 a.m.
Paul Budzynki, 51, of Lakeside Circle, was charged with having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence after police responded to a person slumped over the steering wheel on North Maple at the railroad tracks Saturday at 5:39 a.m.

A deputy met with a Columbus Police officer to take custody of Quayshawn L. Burns, 27, of Columbus for an outstanding warrant arrest Friday at 12.52 a.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department and the Marysville Fire Department responded to North Lewisburg Road near Inskeep Cratty Road for a vehicle that drove into flood water and became stranded Friday at 5:16 a.m. The occupant was rescued.
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Jason E. Moffitt, 42, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant Friday at 8:32 a.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
As a result of a traffic stop on Route 31 near Patrick Brush Run Road, deputies recovered a stolen license plate from the state of Tennessee Friday at 12:14 p.m.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 8200 block of Industrial Parkway to investigate a dispute between two businesses Friday at 12:43 p.m.
A deputy and units from the Allen Township Fire Department responded to the 22000 block of Collins Road for a 2017 Ford Mustang that drove into flood waters and became stranded Friday at 2 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 23000 block of Route 245 to investigate damage to a swimming pool Friday at 2:33 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Leesburg Township Fire Department were sent to a residence in the 19000 block of Pine Lane for a person threatening self-harm Friday at 3:30 p.m. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 31000 block of Route 31 to investigate identity theft involving a social media account Friday at 3:51 p.m.
A deputy and units from the Marysville Fire Department, Union Township Fire Department, and the Allen Township Fire Department responded to the 10000 block of Route 38 for a 2000 Honda Civic that drove into flood waters and became stranded Friday at 3:42 p.m. The occupants were able to evacuate the vehicle.
A deputy responded to Route 38 near Burns Road to investigate a property damage crash involving 2000 Ford F-350 that backed into a 2018 Honda motorcycle Friday at 4:06 p.m. The driver of the Ford, Jeffery L. Clark, 57, of Milford Center, was issued a traffic citation for improper backing.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 20000 block of Route 739 for a person experiencing a mental health crisis Friday at 5:24 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Plain City Police Department and the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to a residence in the 8000 block of Rickard Road for an unresponsive person Friday at 8:54 p.m. The person was pronounced deceased and the Union County Coroner was called to the scene.
A deputy was dispatched to a recreational facility in the 16000 block of County Home Road to investigate two vehicle break-ins and the theft of two purses Friday at 9:38.
A deputy responded to Wolford Maskill Road near Wheeler Green Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2014 Dodge Charger that struck a deer Friday at 10 p.m.
Deputies were dispatched to a vacant building on South Mill Street in Milford Center to investigate a trespassing complaint Friday at 11:32 p.m.
