Deputies were sent to a residence in the 19000 block of Bellville Road to investigate harassment involving a social media website at 8:57 a.m. Friday.
A deputy met with a Bellefontaine Police Officer to take custody of Jordan L. Brannan, 19, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:44 a.m. Friday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a business in the 8000 block of Industrial Parkway to investigate a dispute between an employer and an ex-employee at 12:12 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was dispatched to the area of County Home Road and Simmons Lane to investigate a littering complaint at 2:50 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 12000 block of Beecher Gamble Road to investigate threatening text messages that were received at 8:06 p.m. Friday. While on the scene, a deputy arrested Bryan K. Trippett, 55, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant from the Marysville Police Department. He was released to a Marysville Police Officer.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 13000 block of U.S. 36 to resolve a custody dispute at 3:06 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the 10000 block of Hinton Mill Road for a person found unresponsive in a residence at 12:43 p.m. Saturday. The person was pronounced deceased and the Union County Coroner was called to the scene.
A deputy was dispatched to a property in the 26000 block of Newton Perkins Road to investigate a littering complaint at 2 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was sent to West State Street in Milford Center to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2002 Lincoln Town Car that struck several fiberglass poles at 7:01 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 20000 block of Peoria Loop Road to resolved a dispute between several roommates at 7:01 p.m. Saturday.
As a result of a traffic stop in the 10000 block of U.S. 42, a deputy arrested Tanner A. Anderson, 33, of D’iberville, Mississippi for operating a vehicle while under the influence at 1:36 a.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a property in the 24000 block of Route 739 to investigate a trespassing complaint involving hunters at 1:40 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a business in the 7000 block of Route 161 for a theft in progress at 11:25 a.m. Sunday. The theft suspect was located in the parking lot of the business and struck a Sheriff’s cruiser while fleeing the area. A brief pursuit ensued into Franklin County where the suspect vehicle was eventually stopped on Cosgray Road. The suspect was arrested and identified as Madison E. Suber, 19, of Lima. She was charged with robbery, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and receiving stolen property. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail. The 2013 Honda Civic the suspect was driving was determined to have been stolen from the City of Columbus.
Deputies and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of Route 739 and Route 47 for a property damage crash involving a 2016 Honda Accord that struck a 2019 Toyota Tacoma at 3:54 p.m. Sunday. The driver of the Honda, Brian F. Dostanko, 61, of Richwood was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield at a stop sign.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to U.S. 33 near U.S. 42 for an injury crash involving a 2013 Yamaha motorcycle that struck a deer at 9:13 p.m. Sunday. One victim was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Route 4 to search for a missing person at 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Scottslawn Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2008 Volkswagen Jetta that struck a deer at 11:56 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 20000 block of Peoria Loop Road for a fight involving several people at 4:02 a.m. Monday. As a result of the investigation, Bradley A. Jerew, 23, of Richwood; Daisy B. Gautier, 26, of Raymond; Chase M. Siders, 21, of Raymond; and Bailey J. Siders, 18, of Raymond were charged with disorderly conduct.
As a result of a traffic stop on Hoskins Road near Route 4, a deputy arrested James D. Anderson, 31, of Lewis Center for an outstanding warrant from Delaware County at 5:31 p.m. Monday. He was also issued a traffic citation for driving under suspension. He was transferred to the custody of a Delaware County deputy.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 17000 block of Clark Dawson Road for a person making threats of self-harm at 9:10 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 9600 block of Crottinger Road to investigate threatening statements at 9:48 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 7800 block of Memorial Drive to investigate a possible trespassing complaint at 8:25 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate harassing and threatening phone calls at 11:59 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a property in the 17000 block of Martin Welch Road for a neighbor dispute over a property line at 12:53 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 11000 block of Santa Barbara Drive to investigate a harassment complaint involving an ex-boyfriend at 1:43 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy responded to a business in the 21000 block of Main Street in Raymond to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Ford Fusion that struck a pallet of water softener salt and then left the scene at 4:12 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 25000 block of Route 4 to investigate damage to a mailbox at 5:17 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 17000 block of Clark Dawson Road for a civil standby involving a husband and wife at 6:35 p.m. Tuesday. While at the residence, a dispute ensued and as a result, one person was transported to Memorial Hospital for a mental health evaluation.
A deputy was dispatched to a property in the 34000 block of Baldwin Road to investigate the theft of hair that was cut off a horse’s mane and tail at 8:34 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were sent to a home in the 10000 block of Route 4 for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 11:48 p.m. Tuesday.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers responded to a non-injury crash at 5:21 a.m. Tuesday. George Hacker, 48, of West Mansfield was operating a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado and traveling southbound on Route 142 north at Route 133 when he struck a deer that ran into the roadway. The driver was wearing a seat belt and did not experience any injuries. No citations were issued as a result of the incident.

Douglas Joliff, 34, of Richwood was operating a 2010 Toyota Corolla and traveling eastbound on U.S. 33 at mile post 22 and struck a deer. The driver was wearing a seat belt and did not experience any injuries. No citations were issued as a result of the incident.
Troopers responded to assist the Union County Sheriff’s Office with a domestic situation in the 17000 block of Clark Dawson Road at 7:23 p.m. Tuesday.
