Kevin Herbert Hicks, 29, of East Sixth Street, was arrested on a charge of driving without paying reinstatement fees, fra/non compliance suspension, and license forfeiture, child support dus in the 300 bock of North Cherry Street Friday at 7:25 p.m.
Police investigated a report of domestic violence – knowingly cause physical harm in the 700 block of West Fourth Street Friday at 9:43 a.m.
Police investigated a report of theft – beyond express/implied consent in the 1300 block of Valley Drive Friday at 4:29 p.m.
Police investigated a report of drug abuse – marijuana in the 100 block of North Cherry Street Friday at 9:43 p.m.
Austin T. Crain, 25, of West Fourth Street, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence – knowingly cause physical harm in the 1200 block of West Fifth Street Saturday at 6:20 a.m.
James Scott Fraley Jr., 19, of Columbus, was arrested on a charge of drug abuse – marijuana, and obstructing justice in the 600 block of East Fifth Street Saturday at 5:43 p.m.
Payton Allen Cline, 19, of Allenby Drive, was arrested on a charge of warrant service arrest at Delaware Avenue and U.S. 33 Saturday at 10:40 p.m.
Police investigated a report of no operators license in the 100 block of Grove Street and West Sixth Street Saturday 7:33 a.m.
Police investigated a report of a suicide threat in the 400 block of Allenby Drive Saturday at 2:22 p.m.
Police responded to an accident on U.S. 33 at Scottslawn Road Saturday at 5:53 p.m. A juvenile driver struck the vehicle of Michael Jeffrey Alband, 47, of Powell, on the off ramp of U.S. 33.
Joseph Pardee Combs, 41, of Pottersburg Road, was arrested on a charge of driving under ovi or als suspension, driving under suspension, and driving without paying reinstatement fees in the 1000 block of Delaware Avenue and Charles Lane Sunday at 11:48 p.m.
Jacob Andrew Morrow, 25, of East Fourth Street, was arrested on a charge of possessing drug abuse instrument -obtain, use in the 100 block of Professional Parkway Sunday at 3:19 p.m.
Police investigated a report of assault – knowingly harm victim in the 1100 block of Village Drive Sunday at 12:46 p.m.
Police investigated a report of recovered property at the creek by Marysville Estates Sunday at 3:33 p.m.
Kevin Anthony Asterino, 20, of Urbana, was arrested on a charge of no operators license, drivers and passengers required to wear seat belts, and obedience to traffic control devices in the 100 block of Grove Street and West Sixth Street Monday at 7:33 a.m.
Jacob David Kayser, 22, of West Third Street, was arrested on a charge of driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs in the 200 block of West Third Street and Sycamore Street Monday at 6:10 a.m.
Russell C. Fields, 28, of Collins Avenue, was arrested on a charge of illegal use or possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia in the 500 block of West Third Street Monday at 8:10 p.m.

Deputies and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to Route 4 near Langstaff Road for an injury crash involving a 1997 Ford ranger that lost control, struck a tree, and rolled over Friday at 12:53 a.m. The driver, Michael A. Stadler Jr., 22, of Milford center, was issued a traffic citation for driving under suspension.
A deputy arrested Jocyln B. Risley, 27, of Bucyrus, for an outstanding arrest warrant from the Bellefontaine Municipal Court Friday at 3:00 a.m. She was turned over to a Bellefontaine Police Officer.
Deputies went to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 to arrest Austin T. Crain, 25, of Marysville, for an outstanding warrant from the Marysville Police Department Friday at 10:08 a.m. He was transported to the Marysville Police Department.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 17000 block of Martin Welch road to investigate threatening phone calls that were received Friday at 10:42 a.m.
Deputies investigated a stalking complaint that occurred at a business in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway Friday at 10:53 a.m.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash at the intersection of Route 4 and Neel Road involving an unknown vehicle that struck a stop sign and left the scene Friday at 11:24 a.m.
A deputy was sent to a property in the 9000 block of Brock road to investigate the possible theft of a ladder and other tools Friday at 11:36 a.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence on Front Street in Broadway to resolve a dispute among family members over a vehicle Friday at 12:25 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Liberty township Fire Department responded to an injury crash at the intersection of Route 347 and Route 31 involving a 2004 Ford Mustang that struck the back of a 2000 Honda Accord Friday at 3:57 p.m. The driver of the Ford, Christopher J.D. Johnson, 20, of Marion, was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy went to the Logan county Jail to take custody of Brittany r. McVay, 28, of Zanesfield, for an outstanding arrest warrant Friday at 4:47 p.m. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 23000 block of North Darby Coe Road for a person threatening self-harm Friday at 5:06 p.m. The person was transported to Memorial hospital.
While investigating suspicious activity on West Magnetic Street in Magnetic Springs, a deputy charged Robert G. Woods, 26, of Magnetic Springs, with possession of marijuana paraphernalia Friday at 8:27 p.m.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 42, near New California Drive, a deputy charged Jacob M. Roof, 24, of Mount Gilead; Christopher D. Fitzpatrick, 22, of Galion; and Dallas M. Day, 24, of Mount Gilead, with possession of marijuana Friday at 9:44 p.m.
A deputy met with a trooper from the Ohio State Highway Patrol to take custody of Edward J. Hicks Jr., 27, of Marysville, for an outstanding arrest warrant Saturday at 2:23 a.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies assisted troopers from the Ohio State Highway Patrol with a vehicle pursuit in the area of Wolford Maskill Road and Wheeler Green Road Saturday at 2:39 a.m.
