Officers towed an abandoned vehicle from U.S. 33 eastbound on Friday at 5:54 p.m.
Officers recovered a wallet from found in front of a business on North Cherry Street on Saturday at 9:02 a.m.
A burglary was reported by a resident of Claudia Lane on Saturday at 11:32 a.m.
A resident of West Fifth Street reported fraud at 12:56 p.m. Saturday.
Officers arrested Christopher Slane, 52, of Louisville, Kentucky, for menacing and criminal trespassing following a disturbance at a business on Columbus Avenue on Saturday at 5:45 p.m.
An employee of a business on Delaware Avenue reported the theft of merchandise on Saturday at 6:05 p.m.
Officers cited Carrie Chapman, 37, of 690 Milford Ave., on Saturday at 11:03 p.m. for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
An employee of a business on Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard reported a theft at 1:18 a.m. Sunday.
Officers arrested David Thomas, 30, of Marion, at 1:32 a.m. Sunday for carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.

A deputy was sent to a residence in the 17000-block of West Darby Road at 3:51 a.m. Friday for an unruly juvenile who left the home without permission. The juvenile was found in Logan County.
Deputies, along with units from the Southeast Hardin Northwest Union Fire District, responded to Route 31 near Lingrell Road on Friday at 7:40 a.m. for an injury crash involving a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 that struck the back of a 2007 international truck. One person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department responded to a residence on Commercial Street in Milford Center on Friday at 8:05 a.m. for a suicide attempt. One person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy investigated a dispute between two business owners that occurred in the 7900-block of Memorial Drive at 10:51 a.m. Friday.
A deputy and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District investigated a property damage crash involving a 2017 Freightliner truck that struck a tree that then knocked down utility lines at a residence in the 10000-block of Route 47 on Friday at 11:26 a.m.
A deputy responded to the 14000-block of County Home Road on Friday at 12:07 p.m. to investigate a property damage crash involving a 1997 GMC van that drove off the road and into a yard.
A deputy investigated a domestic dispute between a male and female that occurred at a residence in the 12000-block of Industrial Parkway on Friday at 3:48 p.m.
A deputy recovered a cell phone that was found in a ditch near a residence in the 27000-block of Kinney Pike at 5:13 p.m. Friday. The owner was located, and the phone was returned.
Deputies investigated a family dispute between an ex-husband and wife and a juvenile in the 12000-block of Route 347 at 7:08 p.m. Friday.
A deputy investigated a dispute between a company owner and a customer involving an unpaid bill at a residence in the 23000-block of Route 31 on Friday at 8 p.m.
Deputies were sent to a residence on Main Street in Unionville Center on Friday at 10:20 p.m. for a domestic dispute between a boyfriends and girlfriend. After further investigation, William D. Firebaugh, 31, of Columbus, was arrested for an outstanding warrant from Franklin County and was turned over to a deputy from that county.
Deputies investigated a property damage crash involving a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 that struck a guardrail on Route 38 near Burns Road on Friday at 11:14 p.m.
A deputy, along with units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District, responded to a residence in the 10000-block of Betty Lane on Saturday at 10:41 a.m. for a possible fire. The Sheriff’s Office was unable to be reached by press time.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to a business in the 7600-block of Commerce Place at 3:24 p.m. for a possible drug overdose. One person was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
A Union County Deputy met with a Marion County Deputy on Saturday at 9:51 p.m. to take custody of Matthew R. McCormack, 19, of Marion, for an outstanding arrest warrant. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 22000-block of Buck Run Road at 12:14 a.m. Sunday for a person threatening self harm.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash involving a 2003 Chevrolet Malibu that struck a deer on U.S. 33 near the Bear Swamp Road overpass at 4:35 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies responded to West Main Street in Plain City to assist the Plain City Police Department with a property damage crash involving an impaired driver on Sunday at 6:41 a.m.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Route 347 and Storms Road on Sunday at 9:19 a.m. to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2007 Chevrolet Truck that was struck by a 2004 Dodge Ram Truck hauling a trailer.
A deputy investigated the theft of gasoline at a residence at a residence in the 16000-block of Route 161 on Sunday at 9:39 a.m.
A deputy investigated the possible theft of a cell phone on Sunday at 2:09 p.m. at a residence in the 11000-block of U.S. 36.
A deputy took custody of a black Oakley bi-fold wallet that was found in a park in the 20000-block of Bear Swamp Road at 2:18 p.m. Sunday. The owner of the wallet can contact the Sheriff’s Office at 937-645- 4110 to claim the wallet.
A deputy investigated the theft of a concrete saw from a residence in the 14000-block of Pleasant Drive Road on Sunday at 2:56 p.m.
A deputy investigated a possible burglary in the 28000-block of Route 739 at 3:17 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy investigated an attempted fraud that occurred at a residence on Rose Street in Magnetic Springs on Sunday at 7:13 p.m.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers, along with the Union County Sheriff’s Office and the Jerome Township Fire Department, investigated a property damage crash involving a juvenile at the intersection of Watkins Road and Watkins California Road at 10:48 p.m. involving a 2015 Hyundai Volster that failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a utility pole.
The same juvenile was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated that stemmed from the same crash, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.
Troopers charged William Thomas, 64, of Marysville, with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and not staying within the marked lanes on U.S. 33 at mile post 21 on Saturday at 2:21 a.m.
Troopers charged Tyler Hawk, 24, of Marysville, with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, not wearing a seatbelt and child endangering on U.S. 33 at mile post 16 on Saturday at 11:32 p.m.
