Amber Frost, 34, of Marion was cited for no operator’s license in the 16000 block of County Home Road at 4:42 p.m. Monday.
Kaleb Wayne Campbell, 21, of Raymond was cited for theft in the 1500 block of W. Fifth Street at 11:58 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident at Kroger Marketplace.
Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 200 block of W. Third Street at 2:36 a.m. Monday. The reporting person indicated a male was at her back door.
Police made contact with a reported missing person in the 1300 block of W. Fifth Street at 4:55 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate an elderly female, reported missing from Cincinnati, was located. She was taken to Memorial Hospital at the request of her local police department.
Police responded to a report of theft by deception in the 800 block of Hickory Drive at 12:26 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 500 block of W. Third Street at 3:56 p.m. Monday. The reporting person indicated her identity has been used to open several accounts.
Police responded to a report of theft by deception in the 1400 block of Milford Avenue at 3:39 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate an individual reported an internet scam to MPD.
Police responded to a report of endangering children in the 500 block of London Avenue at 7:02 p.m. Monday.

According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers responded to a property damage incident at 12:01 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate Cliffone Dawkins, 37, of Columbus was sitting stationary on U.S. 33 eastbound at mile post 21 in his 2013 Dodge Avenger when it began to catch fire underneath the hood of the engine compartment. The vehicle was disabled and had to be towed from the scene. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
Troopers responded to a property damage crash at 11 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt from Ft. Wayne, Indiana was traveling eastbound on U.S. 33 east of mile post 8 in Union County when the driver failed to negotiate a curve and traveled off the right side of the roadway, striking an embankment. The driver left the vehicle without leaving contact information, nor did the driver contact law enforcement or emergency personnel. The crash is currently pending further investigation.
Troopers responded to the scene of a non-injury crash at 10:43 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate Steve Perkins, 24, of Marion was operating a 2015 Toyota Tundra northbound on Route 4 south of Kaiser Road when he struck a deer in the roadway. He was wearing his seatbelt and did not experience any apparent injuries. No citations were issued as a result of the incident.
