Shawn R. Wiederkehr, 45, of Springfield, was arrested and charged with improperly handing a firearm and driving while under the influence in the 100 block of Mill Road and Route 31 Saturday at 2:47 a.m.
Amber Lynn Adelsberger, 22, of Bay Laurel Drive, was charged with driving under suspension in the 200 block of Collins Avenue Saturday at 7:36 p.m.

As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 west of U.S. 42, deputies arrested Calvin C. Thomas, 28, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, for obstructing official business and Shannon M. Murphy, 28, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, for multiple outstanding warrants Friday at 12:51 a.m. Both males were transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy and a unit from the Plain City Police Department responded to a residence in the 8000 block of Currier Road to investigate a possible burglary Friday at 2:02 a.m.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred at the intersection of Route 37 and Askins Road involving a 2018 International semi that drove through a yard Friday at 9:36 a.m. The driver, Ayele G. A deputy went to a residence in the 23000 block of East Street in Broadway to arrest Angela M. Fogle, 39, of Marysville, for outstanding warrants Friday at 9:58 a.m. She was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.

A deputy was dispatched to a farm in the 18000 block of Pine Lane to investigate damage to a field caused by a vehicle mud-running Sunday at 3:30 p.m.
A deputy was sent to business in the 7300 block of Route 161 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2014 Honday CR-V that was struck by an unknown vehicle that left the scene Sunday at 4:39 p.m.
A Union County deputy met with a Franklin County deputy to take custody of Brandon M. Clark, 32, of Columbus, for an outstanding arrest warrant Sunday at 4:59 p.m. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
William James Welch, 23, of Marysville, was charged with OVI and failure to control when his vehicle crashed Saturday at 10:43 p.m. According to Highway Patrol reports, Welch was driving southwest on Bethlehem-Claibourne Road when he went off the right side of the road, struck the guardrail, overturned and struck a utility pole before the vehicle came to a rest on its top. Possible injuries were listed.
