Kevin Herbert Hicks, 29, of East Sixth Street, was arrested on a charge of open container on South Maple Street Thursday at 11:15 a.m.
Joshua Allen Snyder, 32, of Bellefontaine, was arrested for a theft on Colemans Crossing Boulevard Thursday at 2:56 p.m.
Charles Alaczander, 20, of Redwood Drive, was arrested for selling liquor to an underage person Thursday at 9:24 p.m.

Deputies responded to the 21000 block of Route 245 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2007 Saturn Ion that struck a deer Thursday at 12:23 a.m.
A deputy went to the Correctional Reception Center in Orient to take custody of Baxter Hollyfield, 41, of Newark, for an outstanding arrest warrant Thursday at 8:24 a.m. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies met with a resident form the 18000 block of Richwood Miller Road to investigate unwanted emails that were received Thursday at 12:36 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of Route 245 and Allen Center Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2005 Chevrolet Aveo that struck the back of a 2017 Dodge Ram Thursday at 2:21 p.m. The juvenile driver of the Chevrolet was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assure clear distance ahead.
A Union County Deputy met with a Marion County Deputy to take custody of Djontaez K. Ross, 20, of Marion, for an outstanding arrest warrant Thursday at 3:15 p.m. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy charged Laurie A. Tuller, 48, of Milford Center, with selling alcohol to an underage person at a business on South Mill Street in Milford Center Thursday at 6:20 p.m.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 31000 block of McPeck Road to arrest a juvenile for a probation violation Thursday at 6:30 p.m. The juvenile was taken to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred at a business in the 7300 block of Route 161 involving a 2015 Nissan Altima that struck a 2011 Dodge Durango Thursday at 7:14 p.m.
A deputy charged Lori J. Lawrence, 41, of New Bloomington, with selling alcohol to an underage person at a business on East Blagrove Street in Richwood Thursday at 7:42 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were dispatched to a residence in the 9500 block of Persimmon Place for a possible suicide threat Thursday at 9:23 p.m.
