According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police conducted a medical/EMS assist in the 1600 block of Millington Way at 5:16 a.m. Friday. The reporting person indicated her daughter, who has a history of drug use, was found unconscious. The officer arrived while the mother was doing chest compressions and trying to wake the individual. The individual was breathing, but unresponsive and the officer administered Narcan. The officer listed, “It should be noted that I observed a square shaped impression on the forehead” of the affected individual, and could not locate any signs of drug use consistent with the substances the mother said her daughter uses. The individual was transported by ambulance for treatment.
Police responded to a suicide threat in the 16000 block of Square Drive at 9:53 a.m. Friday.
Police received a report of a missing person in the 700 block of Kenny Lane at 2:43 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the 100 block of E. Sixth Street at 3:47 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate two parties were involved in a road rage incident in the downtown area.
Police responded to a report of an animal complaint in the 100 block of Redwood Drive at 5:07 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate an individual was bitten by a dog.
Police conducted a well-being check in the 700 block of Kenny Lane at 7:55 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 100 block of E. Sixth Street at 10:14 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a credit card was found in Partners Park.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Nancy T. Kirtley, 63, of Route 4 that occurred on N. Main Street at 6:45 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate Kirtley was attempting to parallel park and struck another vehicle. She was cited for improper passing.
Shawn D. Meadows, 42, of Hemlock Drive was arrested for domestic violence in the 100 block of Hemlock Drive at 8:45 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate an officer responded to the scene and spoke with the victim/caller. She stated that Meadows grabbed her by the neck and pushed her to the ground. She said she pushed him first because he was in her face. She had a bruise-like mark around the base of her neck and a possible bruise on the upper right side of her back as well as a cut on her back.
Police responded to a suicide threat in the 700 block of Kenny Lane at 12:01 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 1700 block of Millington Way at 12:56 a.m. Saturday. The reporting person stated that two males were “acting suspicious” at the dead end next to her house.
Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the 600 block of London Avenue at 4:11 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate an individual was passed out on a church lawn, close to the sidewalk. The subject was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, but a name is not included with the report.
Police responded to a report of a dog bite in the 200 block of Mulberry Street at 11:41 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving a hit-skip driver that occurred on E. Seventh Street at Chestnut Street at 8:39 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate the driver backed from west to south in the alley between E. Seventh Street and Sixth Street. The driver struck a parked vehicle that was facing east to west, causing the front license plate to fall off the vehicle that was hit. The driver of the first vehicle did not stop to share information.

Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department responded to the 24000 block of Darby Pottersburg Road for a property damage crash involving a 2007 Honda CR-V that was struck by a 2020 Honda CR-V at 9:27 a.m. Friday. The driver of the 2007 Honda, Michaela A. Ball, 21, of Marysville was issued a citation for failure to yield from a private drive.
A deputy and units from the Allen Township Fire Department responded to a business parking lot in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway for a truck fire at 9:57 a.m. Friday.
Deputies responded to the intersection of Route 245 and Paver Barnes Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Buick Regal that was struck by a 2010 Honda CR-V at 4:31 p.m. Friday. The driver of the Honda, Richard H. Robinson IV, 29, of Marysville was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield at a stop sign.
A deputy responded to the 12000 block of Sanders Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Honda Accord that struck a deer at 12:07 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy assisted a Richwood Police Officer with a dispute at a business on West Blagrove Street at 1:11 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the 13000 block of Fladt Road for an injury crash involving a bicyclist at 7:57 a.m. Saturday. One victim was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital.
A deputy responded to Route 31 near Cunningham Arbela Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2007 Chevrolet Impala that struck a deer at 12:01 a.m. Sunday.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near U.S. 42 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2011 Toyota Prius that struck a deer at 2:06 a.m. Sunday.
A Union County deputy met with a Logan County deputy to take custody of Kevin D. Kidd, 32, of Dunkirk for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:22 a.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to the 11000 block of Taylor Road for a person threatening self-harm at 8:32 a.m. Sunday. He was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
Deputies and units from the Leesburg Township Fire Department, Northern Union County Fire and EMS District, Marysville Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the intersection of Route 4 and Route 347 for an injury crash involving a 2006 Honda Civic that was struck by a 2014 Toyota Tundra at 12:18 p.m. Sunday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital and a second victim was transported to Marion General Hospital. The driver of the Honda, Madison S. Mays, 20, of Raymond was issued a traffic citation for failure to obey a traffic control device.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to U.S. 33 near Brock Road for an injury crash involving a Dodge truck that lost control and rolled over at 10:23 p.m. Sunday. The State Patrol investigated the crash.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers responded to the scene of a property damage crash at 8:08 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Samuel Cremeans, 39, of Marysville was operating a 2006 Chrysler four-door northbound on Route 108 at Route 101 when he lost control and drove off the right of the roadway and struck a mailbox. He did not experience any apparent injuries. He was cited for failure to control.
Troopers responded to the scene of a property damage crash at 3:50 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Kaitlin Fazio, 22, of Bellefontaine was operating a 2002 Nissan Altina southeast on U.S. 33 at mile post 21 when the left front wheel detached. It struck a 2019 Volkswagen GTI operated by William Lyon, 76, of Zanesfield while he was traveling northwest. Neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. Fazio was cited for unsafe vehicle. Both vehicles were disabled and towed from the scene.
