James R. Eickemeyer, 39, of Moss Court was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 300 block of Moss Court at 7:35 a.m. Thursday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 7500 block of Nature Way to investigate a report of harassing text messages at 9:27 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy was sent to a residence on South Main Street in Magnetic Springs for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 10:10 a.m. Thursday. The person was transported to Maryhaven.
A deputy investigated a domestic dispute between family members that occurred at a residence in the 20000 block of Peoria Loop Road at 2:04 p.m. Thursday. As a result of the investigation, the deputy charged Amber M. Smith, 25, and Alicia K. Smith, 18, both of Raymond with disorderly conduct.
A deputy went to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Edward S. Paver, 32, of Marysville for a bond violation at 3:29 p.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Route 161 to investigate a report of harassing and unwanted communication at 3:56 p.m. Thursday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 27000 block of Kinney Pike to investigate the theft of a chainsaw at 5:53 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy and units from the Leesburg Township Fire Department, Marysville Fire Department, Liberty Township Fire Department and Delaware County EMS responded to a residence in the 12000 block of Morey Courtwright Road for a possible house fire at 7:18 p.m. Thursday. The Leesburg Township Fire Department handled the investigation.
A deputy went to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate a dispute between neighbors at 9:42 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to a residence in the 12000 block of Black Road for a report of a possible overdoes at 10:04 p.m. Thursday. One person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy was dispatched to a sports complex in the 16000 block of County Home Road to investigate a report of trespassing and possible criminal damage at 10:24 p.m. Thursday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Hinton Mill Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend at 10:40 p.m. Thursday. As a result of the investigation, deputies arrested Michael W. Lyons, 37, of Marysville for domestic violence, aggravated menacing and weapons while intoxicated. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to Route 739 near Hoover Bault Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer that struck a deer at 11:33 p.m. Thursday.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers responded to the scene of a non-injury crash at 2:43 p.m. Thursday. David Smith, 46, of Marysville was operating a 2013 Ford F-150 southbound on Honda Parkway near 24025 Honda Parkway. Derain Rucker, 42, of Columbus, was operating a 2004 Toyota Solara and traveling in the same direction when he struck the rear of Smith’s vehicle. Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts and neither experienced any apparent injuries. Rucker was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
