Steven Patrick Wagy II, 45, of Miller Road in Richwood was arrested for FRA/non-compliance suspension in the 400 block of Hickory Drive Thursday at 5:50 p.m.

A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Amber M. Martin, 36, of Hilliard for an outstanding arrest warrant Thursday at 12:10 a.m. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with an Ada Police Officer to take custody of Cecil R. Potter, 34, of Kenton for an outstanding arrest warrant Thursday at 2:07 a.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Shelby County Jail to take custody of Rachel L. Conlin, 29, of Bellefontaine for an outstanding arrest warrant Thursday at 2:09 a.m. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated a protection order violation that occurred on Watkins Road near Scottslawn Road Thursday at 7:41 a.m.
As a result of a traffic stop on Raymond Road near Wheeler Green Road, a deputy charged Kevin Mullins, 54, of Raymond was issued a misdemeanor citation for drug possession as well as traffic citations for expired registration and driving under suspension Thursday at 8:07 a.m.
Deputies responded to Robinson Road at the intersection of Unionville Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Honda Pilot that was struck by a 2007 International Workstar pulling a 2015 Stoughton trailer Thursday at 11:48 a.m.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 23000 block of Route 4 to investigate a dispute between a customer and the business Thursday at 1:18 p.m.
A deputy met with a resident from the 10000 block of Leeper Perkins Road to investigate a person making threats of self-harm Thursday at 1:21 p.m.
As a result of a traffic stop in the 11000 block of US Route 42, deputies arrested William S. Foster, 34, of Mount Gilead for an outstanding arrest warrant out of Morrow County Thursday at 1:26 p.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to Route 33 near Mitchell Dewitt Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu Thursday at 2:09 p.m.
Deputies were dispatched to a business in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway to investigate a dispute between two employees Thursday at 4:52 p.m. As a result of the investigation, a misdemeanor citation was issued to Laince Richardson, 32, of Springfield for disorderly conduct.
A deputy went to the Ohio Health Hospital in Mansfield to take custody of a juvenile for an outstanding arrest warrant. The juvenile was transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center Thursday at 4:59 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Rosebud Way to investigate a social security scam Thursday at 6:24 p.m.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 19000 block of Route 245 to take possession of a purse that was found Thursday at 9:16 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department were dispatched to a business in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway to investigate a report of person threatening self-harm Thursday at 10:17 p.m. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital for evaluation.
A deputy and an Ohio State Highway Trooper were sent to a residence in the 20000 block of Route 47 to investigate an unruly juvenile Thursday at 10:56 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Richwood Police went to a residence on South Main Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a report of a person threatening self-harm Thursday at 11:18 p.m.
