According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Allison Nicole Simmons, 18, of Columbus was cited for obstructing official business and sales to and use by underage persons in the 500 block of Emmaus Road at 4 a.m. Monday.
Kimberly Sue Bowen, 51, of Hilliard was cited for theft in the 15000 block of U.S. 36 at 4:06 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of telephone harassment in the 200 block of Cypress Drive at 9:04 a.m. Monday. The reporting person advised that she broke up with her boyfriend approximately three weeks ago and since that time he has been harassing her at work and over the phone.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy attempted to stop a black truck for a traffic violation on Route 31 north of Cooks Pointe Blvd. at 3:26 a.m. Friday. The vehicle did not stop and fled northbound on Route 31, eastbound onto Amrine Wood Road, northbound on Route 4, eastbound on Blues Creek Road, eastbound on Hillview Road and eastbound on Leeper Perkins Road. The pursuit was terminated when the deputy lost sight of the vehicle near Whitestone Road. Deputies were assisted in the pursuit by units from MPD and OSHP.
A deputy was dispatched to the 12000 block of Leeper Perkins Road to investigate a complaint involving someone hunting from the roadway at 8:47 a.m. Friday.
Deputies went to a residence on Rose Street in Magnetic Springs to arrest Herman J. Nienhaus, 53, of Magnetic Springs for an outstanding warrant at 11:45 a.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department responded to a residence on Short Street in Milford Center for a domestic fight between a boyfriend and girlfriend at 1:18 p.m. Friday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy took possession of a wallet that was found at the intersection of Route 4 and U.S. 36 at 1:26 p.m. Friday. The wallet was returned to the owner.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 23000 block of Route 4 to resolve a dispute between an employee and a customer over lottery ticket winnings at 1:45 p.m. Friday.
A deputy went to the Allen County Jail to take custody of Jennifer A. Stone, 35, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant at 3:03 p.m. Friday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated a dispute over a transportation agreement that occurred in the 19000 block of Route 47 at 4:09 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 17000 block of Allen Center Road for a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and a girlfriend at 4:39 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were dispatched to Leeper Perkins Road near Hillview Road to take possession of several firearms that were found in the roadway at 5:01 p.m. Friday.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near U.S. 36, a deputy arrested Clinton B. Henry, 51, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:54 a.m. Saturday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a conservation club in the 10000 block of Streng Road for a trespassing complaint at 10:16 p.m. Saturday. After further investigation, Kelly J. Schroll, 50, of Dayton and Joseph A. Miller, 49, of Kettering were arrested for outstanding warrants from the Beavercreek Police Department. Both were transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy and units from the Richwood Police Department and the Leesburg Township Fire Department were sent to a residence in the 13000 block of Route 347 for a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend at 10:28 a.m. Saturday. As a result of the investigation, James D. Anderson, 31, of Lewis Center was arrested for menacing and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail. A female at the scene, Debora S. Lyons, 48, of Delaware was arrested for an outstanding warrant from Delaware County. She was turned over to a Delaware County deputy.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 11000 block of Route 47 to investigate the theft of a wood burning stove at 11:51 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy checked a disabled 1993 Chevrolet motor home on U.S. 33 near U.S. 42 at 5 p.m. Saturday. After further investigation, drug paraphernalia was located in the vehicle.
Deputies responded to U.S. 42 near Industrial Parkway for a domestic dispute between a male and female in a vehicle at 5:26 p.m. Saturday. After further investigation, James O. Evans, 46, of Marysville was arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 31000 block of West Mansfield Mount Victory Road to investigate a check forgery at 5:42 p.m. Saturday.
As a result of a traffic stop in the 22000 block of Route 347, David K. Cullen, 32, of Bellefontaine was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence at 6:42 p.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 8000 block of Frazier Drive to investigate a runaway juvenile at 11:48 p.m. Saturday. The juvenile was located.
A deputy was dispatched to the 15000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu that was struck by the bumper of a 2008 Lincoln MKX that fell off the vehicle as it was being towed at 5:04 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 19000 block of Dog Leg Road to investigate the possible theft of a 2001 GMC Jimmy at 6:27 p.m. Sunday. The vehicle was located.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 8000 block of Watkins Road for an unruly juvenile at 11:32 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 13000 block of Taylor Road for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 5:23 a.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of Taylor Road for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 12:24 p.m. Monday. The person was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 16000 block of Robinson Road to investigate the theft of money involving the construction of a pole barn at 1:06 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 22000 block of North Darby Coe Road to investigate damage to vehicle tires at 2:28 p.m. Monday.
A Union County deputy met with a Delaware County deputy to take custody of Morgan D. Rutter, 23, of Sunbury for an outstanding arrest warrant at 3:59 p.m. Monday. She was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to the parking lot of a business in the 7300 block of Route 161 for a dispute between two people over damage to a vehicle at 4:57 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of Hinton Mill Road to investigate unwanted text messages at 8:43 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a property in the 27000 block of Storms Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 8:46 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 19000 block of Cotton Slash Road to investigate a missing juvenile at 10:01 p.m. Monday. The juvenile was located in Springfield.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 west of Route 161, a deputy arrested Rostom Mesli, 41, of Avon Lake for operating a vehicle while under the influence at 11:01 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
