A resident of Damascus Road reported suspicious conditions Friday at 4:11 p.m.
Heather Reck, 36, of Collins Avenue, was arrested for theft of merchandise from a business on Colemans Crossing Friday at 7 p.m.
A resident of Millstone Drive reported forgery Friday at 8:46 p.m.
A business on West Fifth Street reported a fraudulent prescription Friday at 9:04 p.m.
Marysville Division of Police responded to a reported threat of suicide by a resident of East Fifth Street Friday at 11:43 p.m.
Marysville Police assisted a Probation Officer with a probation violation arrest Saturday at 12:30 a.m.
A resident of Northcrest Drive reported theft of a cell phone Saturday at 2:15 p.m.
Mary Ann Hillyard, 34, of Westlake Lee Road, was arrested for theft from a business on Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard Saturday at 7:31 p.m.

A deputy was dispatched to a business parking lot in the 7600 block of Industrial Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2011 Ford F-350 that struck a 2007 Chevrolet Aveo Friday at 8:55 a.m.
A deputy investigated unwanted text messages that were received at a residence in the 12000 block of Watkins Road Friday at 10:10 a.m.
Deputies went to a business on Colemans Crossing Boulevard to arrest Keith R. Grubbs, 33, of Marysville, for an outstanding warrant Friday at 11:46 a.m. He was taken to the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 14000 block of Pleasant Ridge Drive for a domestic argument between a boyfriend and girlfriend Friday at 12:30 p.m.
A deputy responded to the 13000 block of Route 4 to investigate a property damage crash involving a Jeep Wrangler that struck a 2006 Dodge Ram truck hauling a camper Friday at 1:12 p.m. The Jeep fled the scene of the accident in an unknown direction of travel.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 8800 block of Currier Road to investigate the theft of prescription medication Friday at 2:19 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence on West Catherine Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate the theft of bicycles Friday at 3:13 p.m.
A deputy responded to the 15000 block of Middleburg Plain City Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Honda Pilot that drove off the road, struck a mailbox and then an electrical box Friday at 4:32 p.m.
A deputy went to the Delaware County Jail to take custody of Chasity M. Oiler, 33, of Delaware, for an outstanding arrest warrant Friday at 5:10 p.m. She was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 17000 block of Allen Center Road to investigate a possible burglary Friday at 8:04 p.m.
A deputy investigated a break-in and theft that occurred at a business on South Mill Street in Milford Center Friday at 9:26 p.m.
Deputies were sent to a residence on Rose Street in Magnetic Springs for a disturbance involving an intoxicated person Friday at 10:12 p.m. After further investigation, Joel S. Long, 42, of Delaware, was arrested for an outstanding warrant from Delaware County. He was turned over to a Delaware County Deputy.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 18000-block of Miller Road investigate a runaway juvenile Friday at 10:17 p.m. The juvenile later returned home, was arrested for probation violation and taken to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
A deputy assisted a Richwood Police officer with a fight at a residence on West Bomford Street in Richwood Saturday at 2:01 a.m.
Deputies and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to a residence in the 26000 block of Route 4 for an unresponsive 39-year-old male Saturday at 12:43 p.m. The Union County Coroner was called to the scene and the man was pronounced dead.
A deputy went to a residence in the 10000 block of Watkins Road to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown make and model vehicle that drove off the road, struck a mailbox and then left the scene Saturday at 3:24 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 18000 block of Pottersburg Road to investigate a dispute involving the sale of a vehicle Saturday at 6:52 p.m.
A Union County Deputy met with a Franklin County Deputy to take custody of Damian M. Hurt, 23, of Columbus, for an outstanding arrest warrant Saturday at 10:47 p.m. He was taken to the Marysville Police Department and released after posing a bond.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Scottslawn Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Jeep Cherokee that struck a deer Saturday at 11:54 p.m.
Deputies were sent to the 18000 block of Route 347 for a property damage crash involving a 2005 Dodge Ram truck Sunday at 12:13 a.m. After further investigation, Angelo D. Tocci, 41, of Marysville, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence and obstruction of official business. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 26000 block of Route 31 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse that struck a deer Sunday at 1:50 a.m.
Deputies and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol and Allen Township Fire Department responded to the 20000 block of Route 245 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 1999 Chrysler 300 that drove off the road, struck a mailbox and then rolled onto its top in a creek Sunday at 4:48 a.m. The driver, Andrew R. Gross, 20, of North Lewisburg, was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 19000 block of Route 4 to investigate the theft of chain saws, tools and a leaf blower Sunday at 6:24 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of Route 4 and Route 161 to investigate an injury crash involving a 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle that lost control and drove off the roadway Sunday at 9:37 a.m. One victim was taken to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to the intersection of Sycamore Drive and Pleasant Ridge Drive for an injury crash involving a 1983 Honda Motorcycle Sunday at 1:35 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a business on West Center Street in Milford Center to investigate an attempted break-in Sunday at 4:28 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 23000 block of Davis Road to resolve a custody dispute Sunday at 6:43 p.m.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 22000 block of Herd McIlroy Road to investigate a burglary and the theft of alcohol and other items Sunday at 7:17 p.m. As a result of the investigation, Joshua A. Jacobson, 18, of Raymond, was arrested for burglary and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the Union County Sheriff’s Office, Liberty Township Fire Department and Marysville Fire Department responded to an injury crash at the intersection of Route 31 and Wheeler Green Road involving a 2016 Nissan Rogue and a 2016 Ford Focus Saturday at 12:22 p.m. The Focus, driven by Christopher Smith, 38, of Raymond, was stopped on Route 31, waiting to make a left turn. The Rogue, driven by Abdurahmanmahal Hussein, 27, of Columbus, failed to maintain clear distance ahead, swerved, and sideswiped Smith. Smith then struck a guardrail. Hussein spun out and came to a rest partway off the right side of the road. Smith and a passenger in Hussein’s vehicle, Adey Abdi, 70, were taken to Memorial Hospital for injuries. Another passenger in Hussein’s car, Mohamed Hussein, 30, of Columbus, sustained minor injuries, but OSP was unable to say whether he was transported.
Hannah Yokum, 20, of Hilliard, was charged with OVI, driving out of marked lanes, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped on Hyland-Croy Road Saturday at 12:25 a.m.
