Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions on a property in the 200 block of West Eighth Street Friday at 3:16 p.m.
Zachariah Tyler Smith, 28, of Windsor Court was cited for the use of marijuana in the 100 block of East Fifth Street Saturday at 2:07 a.m.
Michael William O’Connors, 55, of North Main Street was taken into custody for disorderly conduct on Saturday at 5:38 a.m.
Christie D. Knapp, 54, of Marion was arrested for driving under the influence Saturday at 6:55 p.m.

Michal Keran, 67, of North Maple Street was cited for disorderly conduct in the 500 block of North Main Street Sunday at 2:56 p.m.
Jacob Mark Otto, 18, of Delaware was cited for drug abuse in the 400 block of West Fifth Street Sunday at 5:02 a.m.
Logan Larissa Roberts, 23, of West Ninth Street was cited for driving under suspension in the 200 block of West Fifth Street on Sunday at 12:37 a.m.
Police responded to reports of assault in the 100 block of North Walnut Street at East Fifth Street Sunday at 1:13 a.m. Mikayla P. Brashears, 34, was taken into custody for disorderly conduct Sunday at 1:20 a.m. Mariah B. Hoy, 27, was cited for assault on Sunday at 3:31 a.m.
Rhiannon L Burkhardt, 40, of Scott Farms Boulevard was taken into custody for domestic violence in the 400 block of Scott Farms Boulevard on Sunday at 11:36 p.m.
William Joseph Healey, 47, of North Main Street was taken into custody for driving under the influence in the 100 block of East Fourth Street on Sunday at 5:48 a.m.

As a result of a traffic stop in the 10000 block of U.S. 42, a deputy arrested Andrew B. Hershberger, 57, of Plain City for operating a vehicle while under the influence Friday at 12:05 a.m. He was also charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy went to a residence in the 24000 block of Route 739 to investigate a neighbor dispute Friday at 12:00 p.m.
A deputy took possession of a backpack that was found in the 14000 block of Route 4 Friday at 10:07 p.m.

A deputy went to the Wood County Jail to take custody of Charles R. Dickson, 42, of Toledo for an outstanding arrest warrant Saturday at 12:28 a.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies went to Franklin County Jail to take custody of Farah A. Hirad, 20, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant Saturday at 7:24 a.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with an Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper to take custody of Jason A. O’Brien, 45, of Pickerington for an outstanding arrest warrant Saturday at 11:31 a.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies responded to a business in the 7000 block of Route 161 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2011 Toyota Corolla that was struck by a 2012 Nissan Rogue Saturday at 12:18 p.m.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 23000 block of Rapp Dean Road to investigate the theft of a class ring and several tools Saturday at 12:34 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to a residence in the 19000 block of Barker Road for a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend Saturday at 5:47 p.m. After further investigation, Janie L. Dean, 42, of Marysville was arrested for domestic violence and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 9000 block of Tartan Fields Drive to investigate a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend Saturday at 7:55 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Plain City Police Department and the Jerome Township Fire Department were sent to a residence in the 9000 block of U.S. 42 for a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend Saturday at 8:27 p.m. After further investigation, Caleb K. Loupe, 33, of Plain City and Amber M. Haley, 35, of Columbus were arrested for obstructing official business and persistent disorderly conduct. Both were transported to the Tri-County Jail.
A union County Deputy met with a Logan County Deputy to take custody of Timothy B. Yates II, 27, of North Lewisburg for an outstanding arrest warrant Saturday at 11:50 p.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a Westerville Police Officer to take custody of Tracey R. Lee, 23, of Newark for an outstanding arrest warrant Sunday at 3:45 a.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 15000 block of Fish Road to investigate the theft of a lawn mower Sunday at 8:55 a.m.
Deputies went to a residence in the 23000 block of Rapp Dean Road to arrest Scott R. Owens, 37, of Delaware for an outstanding arrest warrant from Delaware County Sunday at 10:33 a.m. He was turned over to a Delaware County deputy.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 18000 block of Route 47 to investigate the theft of money from a wallet Sunday at 2:59 p.m.

Sierra Smith, 29, of Marion, was charged with failure to stop on U.S. 42 July 4 at 2:55 p.m. Smith was driving a 2006 Honda Element southbound on U.S. 42 when she failed to maintain assured clear distance and rear-ended a 2014 Ford Flex, driven by Shelby Knisley, 21, of Delaware, who then rear-ended a 2009 Chevy Impala, driven by Samantha Hoang, 36, of Dayton.
Aaron Hubbard, 31, of Marysville, was charged with speeding and operating a vehicle under the influence on U.S. 33 July 4 at 2:48 a.m.
