According to Marysville Police Department reports:

Police responded to a report of telephone harassment in the 600 block of Milford Avenue Thursday at 1:00 a.m.

Abba Rana Higgins, 40, of W. Third Street, was arrested for a warrant service arrest in the 400 block of W. Third Street Thursday at 2:46 a.m.

Police responded to a report of a person with suspicious conditions in the 500 block of Wagon Wheel Lane Thursday at 5:37 p.m.

Jeremy Matthew Carnes, 42, of Windmill Drive, was arrested for a warrant service arrest in the 400 block of Windmill Drive Thursday at 9:06 p.m.

According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:

Deputies responded to Shortees Road near White Stone Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2011 Mercedes C30 that struck a deer Thursday at 7:41 p.m.

A deputy went to Wood County, West Virginia to take custody of Kerri Leonard, 42, of Elizabeth, West Virginia on an outstanding arrest warrant Thursday at 8:11 am. The female was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.

As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near U.S. 42, a deputy arrested Dylan M. Page, 24, of Fernandina Beach, Florida Thursday at 1L04 p.m. Page was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, having weapons under disability, improper handling of a firearm while in a vehicle, and falsification.

A deputy met with an officer from the Hilliard Police Department to take custody of Alexander T. Robinson, 26, of Dublin, on an outstanding arrest warrant Thursday at 2:35 p.m. The male was transported to Marysville Municipal Court where bond was posted, and he was released.

Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department were dispatched to U.S. 33 near Poling Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 1995 WG Truck Thursday at 7:26 p.m.

A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Mitchell Dewitt Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2014 GMC Terrain that struck a deer Thursday at 7:47 p.m.

A deputy along with an officer from the Plain City Police Department arrested Jarrin B. Mullet Jr., 22, of Plain City Thursday at 8:38 p.m. Mullet was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant at a business in the 10000 block of U.S. 42. The male was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.

A deputy met with an officer from the Marysville Police Department to take custody of Jeremy M. Carnes, 42, of Marysville on an outstanding arrest warrant Thursday at 8:56 p.m. The male was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.

A deputy went to a residence in the 7000 block of Hinton Mill Road to take custody of a purse that was located in the ditch Thursday at 9:36 p.m. The purse was returned to the owner.
