Mekye Nathanielle Williams, 23, of Columbus, was arrested on a warrant in the 1250 West Fifth Street Thursday at 11:31 a.m.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of Northcrest Drive Thursday at 9:21 a.m.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Daniel R. Whited, 49, of Columbus, on an outstanding arrest warrant Thursday at 12:17 a.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 21000 block of Peoria Loop Road to investigate a dispute between a landlord and tenant Thursday at 9:53 a.m.
Deputies were dispatched to a business in the 7000 block of Corporate Boulevard to investigate a fraudulent check Thursday at 12:17 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in 20000 block of Route 47 to investigate the possible theft of a catalytic converter Thursday at 3:17 p.m.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 26000 block of Sandusky Road to investigate the possible theft of a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt Thursday at 4:04 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to Harriott Road near U.S. 42 for an injury crash involving a 2011 Kawasaki Motorcycle that struck a deer Thursday at 9:18 p.m. One victim was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Pleasant Street in Milford Center to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife Thursday at 11:02 a.m. The parties were separated.
While on patrol, a deputy checked a suspicious vehicle that pulled into a farm lane on Martin Welch Road near Sandusky Road Thursday at 11:55 p.m. After further investigation, a passenger in the vehicle, Ryan J. Jones, 34, of Marysville, was arrested on outstanding warrants and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail. A second passenger, Brittany A. Yates, 34, of Holgate, Ohio, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Franklin County. She was transferred to a Franklin County Deputy.
