According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Arl D. Cremeans, 38, of Mechanicsburg was cited for menacing in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 9:18 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident in which an individual reported that her son’s father called her and other family members threatening her son.
Jason Barker, 46, of N. Cherry Street was cited for theft in the 400 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 6:39 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate he was charged after stealing from The Shoe Dept.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 200 block of Collingwood Drive at 11:03 p.m. Tuesday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Route 4 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2020 Ford Explorer that struck a deer at 6:44 a.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were sent to the Union County Fairgrounds on North Main Street in Marysville to investigate a harassment complaint at 11:10 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Richard A. Bartlett, 50, of Plain City for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:55 p.m. Tuesday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a Grove City Police Officer to take custody of a juvenile for an outstanding arrest warrant at 5:40 p.m. Tuesday. The juvenile was transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
Deputies responded to the 19000 block of Northwest Parkway for a property damage crash involving a 2004 Ford Explorer that was struck by a 1999 Honda Accord at 8:22 p.m. Tuesday.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers responded to the scene of a minor injury crash on U.S. 33 at Route 221 at 5:53 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate Kayla Richards, 18, of Belle Center was driving a 2003 Honda Accord and struck the 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe of Earl Wright, 38, of St. Marys. Wright then struck the 2021 Acura TL of Charles Townes, 40, of Marysville. Wright was transported to Mary Rutan by Huntsville EMS. All drivers were wearing their seatbelts. Richards was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
