According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Michel R. Burgueno Herrera, 18, of Bellefontaine was cited for obstructing official business in the 600 block of W. Third Street at 8:02 a.m. Wednesday.
Dean J. Bressler, 50, of Bay Laurel Drive was cited for driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs in the 500 block of S. Maple Street at 7:55 p.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to a report of impounding of vehicles in the 500 block of Quail Hollow Drive at 11:36 a.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate a driver violated a no parking or stopping violation and the vehicle was towed.
Police responded to a report of criminal damaging or endangering in the 15000 block of U.S. 36 at 12:01 p.m. Wednesday. The complainant reported intentional damage was done to their vehicle while parked at a local business. The damage is a “deep scratch to the driver’s side of the vehicle… consistent with a key mark type scratch.”
A Logan County deputy located an individual with an active warrant through the Marysville Police Department on U.S. 33 at the Logan County line at 10:15 p.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Russell C. Fields, 30, of N. Court Street that occurred on London Avenue at 4:03 a.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate Fields was backing out of a parking space and backed into another vehicle, pushing its front bumper into the parking curb. Fields then left the scene without stopping and with his headlights off. Fields was later found at his residence. Fields was cited for driving while under suspension and hit-skip.

Deputies responded to the roundabout at Route 161 and Eiterman Road for a property damage crash involving a 2020 Harley Davidson motorcycle that lost control and drove off the road at 9:32 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of Route 736 to investigate a fraud complaint involving an internet purchase at 9:44 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Thomas J. Bernstiel, 32, of Worthington for a bond violation at 1:28 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash involving a 2017 Toyota Tundra that struck a deer on Route 4 near Collins Road at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy went to the Fairborn Police Department to take custody of Amanda L. Stigall, 30, of Gahanna for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:22 p.m. Wednesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A Union County deputy met with a Logan County deputy to take custody of Jason E. Diffendal, 41, of Bellefontaine for an outstanding arrest warrant at 3:28 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office and released after posting bond.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 20000 block of Dog Leg Road for a person threatening self-harm at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday. The person was located in Franklin County
A deputy went to the Greene County Jail to take custody of James W. Walden IV, 31, of Springfield for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:35 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to a property in the 11000 block of Converse Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 8:07 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were dispatched to a residence in the 7000 block of Nature Way for a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend at 8:52 p.m. Wednesday.
