From police reports:
Rafael Diaz Soto, 21, of 436 Gallery Lane, Marysville, was arrested about 1:30 a.m., Sunday, charged with one count of no operators’ license and passing a stopped school bus. The arrest apparently stems from an incident at 7:38 a.m., Friday.
About 6:04 a.m. Friday, police were contacted about a man stumbling into traffic in the 1300 block of Collins Avenue.
Police report that about 1:25 p.m., Friday, investigators were contacted by a Fairwood Drive woman to report she had recovered property belonging to an Irwin woman. A report was taken.
Police were called to The Flamingo on Plum Street about 7:38 p.m., Friday on a report of an intoxicated individual creating a risk of harm.
Herman Nienhaus, 54, was arrested at 12:56 p.m., Saturday, in the 500 block of West Fifth Street, as part of a warrant service.
Police responded to a mental health issue in the 200 block of Windsor Drive about 1:26 p.m., Saturday.
Investigators were called to the 800 block of Hickory Hill Drive at about 7:28 p.m., Saturday, on a report of items taken from a vehicle. A report was taken.
Police are investigation a hit and run crash that occurred about 2:56 p.m., Saturday. A 2014 Chevy Silverado truck was parked in the 1500 block of West Fifth Street, facing west when an unknown vehicle, traveling east, hit the front driver’s side corner causing minor damage. The vehicle was gone when police arrived.
About 3:42 p.m., Saturday, police were called to the Walmart parking lot at 555 Colemans Crossing Boulevard. According to reports, a Delaware teen was driving through the parking lot when Jessica Hamilton of Richwood, allegedly backed out of a parking spot and hit the teen’s vehicle with her 2018 Chevy Equinox. The teen, driving a 2005 Ford Escape, stopped, then pressed the gas and hit a parked 2011 Mazda 3 and a parked 2000 Buick LeSabre. The crash pushed the LeSabre into a 2000 Ford F-150 truck. The teen’s vehicle was disabled and towed as was the LeSabre. The teen had possible injuries and was taken for treatment. There have been no charges filed as of this morning.
John Edrick Gacusan Caballes, 23, of 1562 LaCosta Drive, was cited for assured clear distance ahead about 8:42 p.m., Saturday. A Plain City man was driving his 2019 Honda Ridgeline, owned by Honda of America, west on Delaware Avenue when Caballes hit him from behind in his 2004 Honda Accord. The Accord suffered minor damage. There were no injuries reported.
Morris Moales, 53, of 925 W. Fifth St., Marysville, was pulled over in the 1000 block of W. Fifth Street cited for driving while under the influence of alcohol about 8:53 a.m., Sunday.
Jereme R. Wiertel, 37, of 701 Mill St., North Lewisburg, was cited for noncompliance with the financial responsibility act
Matthew Stuart Molde, 30, of 1515 Cinnamon Dr., Marysville, has been charged with menacing at 12:41 a.m. today. Molde alleged threatened a woman who lived near him. When police arrived, Molde apparently had a blunt object he was using as a weapon. Molde was angry at the woman for calling police about a domestic violence incident between Molde and another woman.

A deputy was sent to the Delaware County Jail about 1:20 p.m. Friday, to take custody of Phillip W. Slane, 25, of Marion, on an outstanding warrant. Slane was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to West Central Community Based Correctional Facility about 2:08 p.m. Friday, to take custody of Rocky L. Rucker, 32, of New Lexington, on a probation violation. Rucker was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
About 2:10 p.m., Friday, a deputy was sent to a home in the 13000 block of Route 36 on a report of domestic violence. A report was taken.
A 2014 Chevrolet Silverado hit a deer about 9:24 p.m., Friday, on U.S. 33 near Route 245.
A deputy was sent to the Delaware County Jail about 9:44 a.m. Saturday, to take custody of Eric L. Buckner 26, of Columbus, on an outstanding warrant. Buckner was taken to the Marysville Police Department and released after he posted bond.
Investigators met with a resident of the 10000 block of Laguna Circle about 2:06 p.m. Saturday. The resident reported a fraudulent scam involving gift cards and the threat of arrest for not showing up for jury duty. A report was taken.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to an overdose in the 13000 block of Pleasant Ridge Drive about 6:55 p.m., Saturday. The patient was taken to Memorial Hospital.
Matthew D. Porter, 51, of Columbus, was cited for operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol about 9:39 p.m. Saturday, on U.S. 33. Porter was taken to the Plain City Police Department.
Deputies were sent to a property in the 26000 block of Snedicker Road about 9:53 p.m., Saturday, to investigate a trespassing complaint. No report was taken.
About 2:08 a.m., Sunday, deputies were called to a home in the 17000 block of Glen Ellyn Drive to investigate a possible burglary. No report was taken.
Deputies were sent to the 10000 block of U.S. 42 to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife about 3:52 a.m., Sunday.
Jessica M. Spriggs, 34, of Chillicothe, was taken into custody about 6:33 a.m., Sunday. Spriggs was arrested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol on an outstanding warrant. Spriggs was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
About 12:54 p.m., Sunday, deputies were sent to a home in the 16000 block of Robinson Road to investigate a domestic dispute between two men. No report was taken.
A deputy assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol with a vehicle pursuit on state routes 4 and 347about 4:54 p.m. Sunday.
Ethan P. Hall, 27, of Marysville, was cited for operating a vehicle under the influence at about 11:12 p.m. Sunday. Hall was arrested after a deputy stopped a vehicle on U.S. 33 near Scottslawn Road. The vehicle had sparks and flames coming from one of the tires.
About 11:23 p.m., Sunday, deputies were called to a home in the 17000 block of Glen Ellyn Drive for a person experiencing a mental health crisis. No report was taken.
