According to Marysville police reports:
Elizabeth Walker, 34, of 270 Stocksdale Drive, Apt. 5D, was arrested at 8:07 p.m., Monday, charged with open container and reckless operation, stemming from an incident at her home.
Dylan Alexander Kelly, 29, of Columbus, was arrested at 11:41 a.m., Monday, at the Marysville Municipal Court on a warrant service.
Police responded to a home in the 1500 block of Sassafras Lane on the threat of possible self-harm, at 2:53 p.m. Monday.
Police were dispatched to a parking lot in the 900 block of W. Fifth Street, at 5:12 p.m., Monday, on a report of a dispute between a man and a woman.
In separate incidents, two vehicles hit debris on the roadway of U.S. 33, near routes 4 and 31, about 4:32 p.m., Monday. A 2015 Dodge Journey hit debris on the road, flattening the vehicle’s two left tires. A 2013 Dodge Charger hit the debris damaging the front right tire.

Deputies assisted Marysville Police Officers in searching for a person experiencing a mental health crisis in Mill Valley Monday at 12:46 a.m.
Monday at 10:43 a.m., a deputy met with a Marysville Police Officer to take custody of Dylan A. Kelly, 29, of Columbus, for an outstanding arrest warrant. He was transported to the Tri County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a construction site in the 11000 block of Kingfisher Place Monday, shortly before 11 a.m., to investigate unauthorized use of a trash receptacle. No report was taken.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Justin M. Oppy, 32 of Plain City, for a bond violation Monday at 11:16 a.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 12000 block of Black Road Monday, shortly after noon, to investigate a custody dispute. No report was taken.
Deputies were dispatched to a business on North Mill Street in Milford Center Monday at 4:50 p.m. for an unruly customer. As a result of the investigation, Lawrence W. Powell III, 28 of Marysville, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Monday at 5:40 p.m., deputies were sent to a residence in the 21000 block of Wolford Maskill Road for an unruly juvenile.
Deputies responded to Bellflower Drive near Foxglove Drive Monday at 7:40 p.m. to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that struck a road barrier and then left the scene. No report was taken.
Monday at 8:38 p.m., a deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Ryan W. Blake, 24 of Columbus, for an outstanding arrest warrant. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 12000 block of Lavender Drive Monday at 11:07 p.m. to investigate a domestic dispute between a father and son. No report was taken.
