Police responded to a report of sexual imposition (offensive contact) at an unlisted address at 12:13 a.m. Friday.
Police responded to assist another agency in the 600 block of Milford Avenue at 4:43 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate “drug/narcotic equipment” was seized from a juvenile.
Police responded to a report of a civil standby/issue in the 700 block of W. Fourth Street at 5:14 p.m. Friday. A reporting person came to the police department to report a dispute between her and a contractor.
Police responded to assist another agency in the 1000 block of Watkins Glen Court at 8:40 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate MPD administered CPR on an unresponsive individual until medics arrived.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 600 block of W. Third Street at 1:02 p.m. Saturday. The reporting person indicated he was harassed by another male the previous day.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 200 block of W. Fourth Street at 2:05 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a female “would not stop texting” a male after being asked to do so.
Police responded to a report of an individual driving while under the influence of alcohol in the 100 block of W. Ninth Street at 8:57 p.m. Saturday.
Patric Blake Scheiderer, 26, of N. Maple Street was cited for disorderly conduct (fighting or threatening) in the 200 block of N. Maple Street at 1:34 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an Aug. 19 incident in which Scheiderer engaged in “turbulent behavior during a domestic dispute.”
Anwar Muftah Fietouri, 20, of Meadows Drive was cited for fictitious plates in the 17700 block of Echo Drive at 8:51 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an Aug. 28 incident.
Michael Anthony Hopkins, 39, of Plain City was cited for disorderly conduct in the 500 block of London Avenue at 1:11 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an Aug. 28 incident in which Hopkins was involved in a “fight (at the) Flamingo and a disruption at Memorial Hospital.”
Police responded to a report of driving without paying reinstatement fees in the 600 block of London Avenue at 8:01 a.m. Sunday.
Police conducted a death investigation in the 800 block of Summers Road at 1:07 p.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of N. Main Street at 2:38 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate the window of a business was shot by a BB gun.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 200 block of Windsor Court at 5:13 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate MPD was dispatched for a domestic issue but was informed of “family concerns” at the scene.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 east of U.S. 42 for a property damage crash involving a 2004 Toyota Tundra that struck a 2017 Honda Accord at 6:42 a.m. Friday. The driver of the Toyota, Anthony D. Gaultieri, 39, of Delaware was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 9000 block of Unionville Road to investigate a dispute over the possession of a dog at 9:30 a.m. Friday.
Deputies and officers from the Richwood Police Department were dispatched to a business on Marriot Street in Richwood for a possible theft in progress at 9:59 a.m. Friday. A suspect fled the scene on a bicycle and then continued into a farm field on Kinney Pike. The Sheriff’s Office K9 team was called to the scene to search for the suspect. The suspect, who is currently unnamed in reports, was identified and charges are pending.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate the unauthorized use of a debit card at 11:40 a.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department were sent to a residence on East Center Street in Milford Center for a person who attempted suicide at 4:14 p.m. Friday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy was dispatched to a property in the 28000 block of Route 739 to investigate a trespassing complaint at 8:17 p.m. Friday.
Deputies investigated a property damage crash that occurred on U.S. 33 near Scottslawn Road involving a 2011 Chrysler Town and Country that struck a tire that was laying in the roadway at 11:42 p.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department, Washington Township Fire Department and the Pleasant Valley Joint Fire District responded to U.S. 33 west of Route 161 for an injury crash involving a 2004 Honda Accord that lost control, drove off the road and struck a cable barrier in the median at 3:51 a.m. Saturday. The driver, Jonathan Drummond, 27, of Dublin was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy met with a Worthington Police Department officer to take custody of Robert L. Jones Jr., 42, of Circleville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 6:26 a.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District were dispatched to a residence in the 17000 block of Route 739 for an unresponsive person at 9:10 a.m. Saturday. The person was pronounced deceased and the Union County Coroner was called to the scene.
Deputies were sent to a residence on South Main Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a domestic argument involving a boyfriend, girlfriend and a child at 5:19 p.m. Saturday. As a result of the investigation, David L. Chapman, 36, of Magnetic Springs was arrested for domestic violence and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and a Plain City Police Department officer investigated a domestic dispute between a husband and wife that occurred in a vehicle on U.S. 42 north of Route 736 at 7:49 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 20000 block of Route 47 for an unruly juvenile at 10:56 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of Route 347 to investigate harassment involving a social media website at 5:26 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy investigated a dispute over child custody that occurred at a residence in the 30000 block of Alder Road at 6:03 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 9000 block of Mission Drive to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 7:04 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was sent to the Montgomery County Jail to take custody of Nicole M. Holzen, 31, of Dayton for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:24 p.m. Saturday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
