Deputies were sent to Bell Road, Watkins Road and State Road to investigate several mailboxes that were damaged by an unknown vehicle that left the scene at 9:04 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 20000 block of Evans Road for an unruly juvenile at 11:43 a.m. Thursday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Washington Township Fire Department were sent to a residence in the 9100 block of Tartan Fields Drive for a person having a mental health crisis at 1:57 p.m. Thursday. The person was transported to Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
A deputy and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Pleasant Valley Fire District responded to the intersection of Industrial Parkway and Mitchell Dewitt Road to investigate an injury crash involving a 2020 Ford Explorer that was struck from behind by a 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan at 2:58 p.m. Thursday. One victim was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital and a second victim was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
A deputy assisted units from the Northwestern Fire District with extinguishing a lawn mower fire at a residence in the 21000 block of Davis Road at 4:45 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Pleasant Valley Fire District responded to the 9900 block of Route 736 for a property damage crash involving a 2021 Dodge Ram Van that was struck by a 2013 Honda Civic at 5:23 p.m. Thursday. The driver of the Dodge, Alma J. Carner, 46, of Groveport was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way.
A deputy took possession of a bottle of prescription medication that was found abandoned by a postal carrier in Jerome Township at 7:31 p.m. Thursday.
