According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Adam Hamilton, 44, of Raymond was cited for driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs on U.S. 33 at 12:28 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate MPD was dispatched to an accident in which Hamilton was found in the front seat of a vehicle “in the fast lane of U.S. 33 westbound” near a guardrail. A bottle of rum was reportedly found in his passenger seat and his BAC was 0.317.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 1800 block of Deer Crossing Drive at 11:54 a.m. Tuesday. The reporting person advised an unknown subject used his identity to obtain unemployment benefits.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 400 block of E. Ninth Street at 1:52 p.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 500 block of Professional Parkway at 6:46 p.m. Tuesday. The reporting person advised his identity was used to open a bank account.
Police responded to a report of theft of a motor vehicle in the 600 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 6:52 p.m. Tuesday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Department officer to take custody of Eric L. Hamilton, 45, of Marysville for outstanding arrest warrants at 6:04 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated a dispute over the purchase of a vehicle that occurred at a residence in the 17000 block of Route 739 at 7:42 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy went to the Union County Airport to investigate a report of harassing phone calls made to the facility at 8:46 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy went to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Tracey L. Stevenson, 50, of Marysville for a bond violation at 8:49 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence on Reed Street in Milford Center to take possession of clothing and other items possibly stolen from retail stores in the Hilliard area at 10:38 a.m. Tuesday.
Deputies at the Union County Courthouse arrested Jereme R. Wiertel, 37, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant out of the Champaign County Sheriff’s Office at 3:08 p.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to the 14000 block of Osage Drive to investigate a dispute between a resident and motorist over a parking complaint at 4:11 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy investigated a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend on West Sixth Street and South Court Street in Marysville at 4:27 p.m. Tuesday.
