According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Dustin Michael Decker, 31, of Richwood was arrested in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 11:25 a.m. Wednesday on a warrant service arrest for failure to appear in court.
Matthew Sean O’Brien, 28, of Collins Avenue was cited for driver’s license or commercial driver’s license required in the 900 block of Collins Avenue at 7:21 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate O’Brien was cited for not having a motorcycle endorsement while riding a motorcycle.
Police responded to a report of criminal damaging or endangering in the 300 block of N. Cherry Street at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate graffiti was found inside the restroom at the park.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 700 block of Weaver Ridge Drive at 6:57 p.m. Wednesday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy met with an officer from the Delaware City Police Department to take custody of Adam L. Tignor, 33, of Raymond for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:27 a.m. Wednesday. The male was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a business in the 10000 block of U.S. 42 to investigate a private property damage crash involving a 2019 Lincoln Continental that was struck by a 2010 Dodge Ram as they were backing out of different parking spaces at the business at 4:03 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Hidden Farm Road to investigate a fraud complaint involving a vehicle title that had been tampered with at 4:51 p.m. Wednesday.
As a result of a hit-skip property damage crash involving a 2019 Honda Pilot that struck a mailbox in the 9000 block of Warner Road, deputies arrested Lynne E. Farmwald, 69, of Plain City for operating a vehicle while under the influence and failure to control at 4:44 p.m. Wednesday. She was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 17000 block of Allen Center Road to investigate a domestic dispute between father and son at 11:12 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on West State Street, in Milford Center, to investigate a report of a physical altercation between two males at 11:38 p.m. Wednesday. The involved parties fled the scene prior to the arrival of deputies.
