Jonathan Ray McComas, 39, of Huntsville was arrested for felonious assault on Hillcrest Drive at 12:07 p.m. Thursday.
Brenda Voisard, 57, of Marion was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at noon Thursday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 1200 block of Nutmeg Drive at 8:45 p.m. Thursday. The complainant reported that a license plate on one of his vehicles is missing.
Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the 100 block of E. Sixth Street at 1:28 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate subjects were found fighting at Partners Park.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 17000 block of Route 31 at 3 p.m. Thursday. The reporting person advised that “her ex will not leave her alone” and was sitting outside of her workplace.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 500 block of Poppy Lane at 4:18 p.m. Thursday.

A deputy was dispatched to the 13000 block of Industrial Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta that struck a deer at 6:34 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy went to the Allen County Jail in Fort Wayne, Indiana to take custody of Calvin C. Thomas III, 30, of Fort Wayne for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:19 a.m. Thursday. The male was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to Route 161 near Eiterman Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Honda Civic that was struck from behind by a 2013 Ford F-150 at 8:28 a.m. Thursday. The driver of the Ford, Duane H. Alberson, 53, of Ashley was issued a citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 10000 block of U.S. 42 to investigate a private property damage crash involving a 1999 Freightliner Fed-Ex truck that struck a 2015 Dodge Ram while attempting to navigate through the parking lot of the business to a gas pump at 10 a.m. Thursday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were dispatched to a business in the 7000 block of Route 161 to investigate a report of a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 11:22 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 19000 block of Route 31 to investigate a fraud complaint involving unauthorized credit card charges at 11:36 a.m. Thursday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were dispatched to Industrial Parkway and Corporate Boulevard to investigate an injury crash involving a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica that was struck by a 2013 Toyota Rav4 at 5:34 p.m. Thursday. The driver of the Chrysler, Isidro N. Martiznez, 61, of Columbus was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield and no operator’s license.
A deputy investigated a dispute between employer and contractor had left at a business in the 20000 block of Wolford Maskill Road at 5:41 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of Dover County Line Road to investigate a fraudulent unemployment claim at 6:35 p.m. Thursday.
As a result of a traffic stop in the 11000 block of U.S. 42, a deputy issued a citation to Tyler J. Hall, 27, of Marion for possession of drug paraphernalia at 8:09 p.m. Thursday.
