According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Derek Alan Johnson, 18, whose address is listed as the streets of Marysville, was cited for disorderly conduct in the 100 block of E. Sixth Street at 8:42 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a Sept. 9 incident in which Johnson was involved in a fight at Partners Park.
Christina Ann Haag, 49, of W. Ninth Street was cited for disorderly conduct (intoxication) in the 200 block of E. Fifth Street at 11:50 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident in which MPD was called in reference to “a woman passed out in the Old Bag of Nails bathroom.”
Police responded to a report of a curfew violation and runaway juvenile in the 200 block of Dogwood Drive at 1:27 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate the juvenile was located and transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 500 block of Amrine Mill Road at 9:46 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate the reporting person determined fraudulent accounts were opened in his name, according to his credit report.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 12:41 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a New Mexico ID was found in the overnight court drop box.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 900 block of McAuliffe Place at 4:32 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a male gave his Social Security Number to someone claiming to be an FBI agent.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 900 block of McAuliffe Place at 4:44 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a woman’s identity was used to file for unemployment benefits.
Police responded to a report of driving under suspension in the 400 block of W. Fifth Street at 4:35 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a medical/EMS assistance call in the 1100 block of W. Fifth Street at 10:43 p.m. Friday.
Chastity Poole, 32, of Chestnut Street was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 200 block of Chestnut Street at 8:49 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to assist another agency in the 200 block of Chestnut Street at 6:58 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate MPD responded with the Marysville Division of Fire for a report of an overdose.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of Grove Street at 11:49 a.m. Saturday. The reporting person advised someone used his Social Security Number at Verizon.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 900 block of W. Fifth Street at 12:49 p.m. Saturday. The reporting person advised that her ex came over and they got into a dispute.
Police responded to a report of telecommunication harassment in the 700 block of Kenny Lane at 7:02 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the 300 block of E. Fifth Street at 6:56 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a fight occurred at Village Pantry.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 9 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a television was stolen from Walmart.
Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct on East Fifth Street at 8:22 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a male was “drunk arguing with another male.”
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 1100 block of Nutmeg Drive at 9:23 p.m. Saturday.
Jodi R. Doll, 53, of County Home Road was cited for criminal damaging/endangering in the 300 block of Triple Crown Way at 4:36 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident in which the reporting person advised Doll “destroyed items at (his) house.”
Todd Day, 46, of Greenwood Blvd. was cited for abusing harmful intoxicants in the 200 block of Greenwood Blvd. at 6:13 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate Day was found in his vehicle with his reverse lights on, but was backed into a pile of gravel and unable to move his car. The officer noticed three air duster cans in Day’s passenger seat. Day was unable to “follow simple commands,” so the officer put his vehicle in park and Day was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Police responded to a report of juvenile offenses in the 800 block of Amrine Mill Road at 1:23 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate MPD was called in reference to a curfew violation.
Police responded to assist another agency in the 600 block of W. Third Street at 1:52 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate MPD assisted the Marysville Division of Fire with a CPR in progress.
Police conducted a death investigation in the 1600 block of Saffron Drive at 3:36 p.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 1800 block of Welsh Place at 7:03 p.m. Sunday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Tytus A. Miller, 33, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:44 a.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a resident from Cross Street in Unionville Center to investigate a neighbor dispute at 10:18 a.m. Friday.
While investigating a driving complaint, a deputy stopped the suspect vehicle in a parking lot in the 7000 block of Route 161 at 11:24 a.m. Friday. After further investigation, the driver, Tammy S. McDaniels, 55, of Lakeview was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence. She was transported to the Plain City Police Department.
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of David M. Buoni, 62, of Hilliard for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:34 a.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence under construction in the 8100 block of Lilium Way to investigate the theft of 140 sheets of plywood at 1:38 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 26000 block of Route 37 to investigate a fraudulent unemployment claim at 4:31 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was sent to the Logan County Jail to take custody of Destanie S. Simpson, 27, of Springfield for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:02 a.m. Saturday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
As a result of a traffic stop on Route 4 near Amrine Wood Road, a deputy arrested Troy L. Blevins Jr., 47, of Marion for an outstanding arrest warrant from Marion County at 1:44 a.m. Saturday. Blevins was turned over to a Marion County deputy.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 30000 block of Alder Road to investigate a property dispute between an ex-wife and an ex-husband at 10:45 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy was dispatched to the 9000 block of U.S. 42 to investigate damage to a soybean field that was caused by a contractor at 12:05 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Everett J. Thacker, 37, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 3:31 p.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office and released with a summons to appear in court.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Pleasant Valley Fire District responded to the 8000 block of Industrial Parkway for an injury crash involving a 2019 Yamaha motorcycle, a 2020 Yamaha motorcycle and a 1997 Ford Econoline van at 5:44 p.m. Saturday. One victim was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital. The driver of the 2019 Yamaha motorcycle, Andrew L. Tuner, 39, of Zanesfield was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead. The driver of the 2020 Yamaha motorcycle, Amber N. Barker, 34, of Zanesfield was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle without a valid license.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the 12000 block of Jerome Road for an injury crash involving a 2010 Mazda3 that drove off the road and struck a utility pole at 6:26 p.m. Saturday. One victim was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 28000 block of Storms Road for an unruly juvenile at 8:14 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy attempted to stop a vehicle on U.S. 33 near U.S. 42 for a traffic violation and the vehicle refused to stop at 8:22 a.m. Sunday. A vehicle pursuit was initiated that traveled eastbound on U.S. 33 to the Union and Franklin County line. The pursuit was terminated for safety reasons.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence on Rose Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a neighbor dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend at 10:56 a.m. Sunday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 26000 block of Snediker Road to investigate fraudulent charges on the victim’s debit card at 11:01 a.m. Sunday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 15000 block of Hagenderfer Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 12:24 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Biscayne Court to investigate damage to a 2014 Lexus RX350 at 2:15 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a property in the 13000 block of Route 347 to take possession of a wallet that was found in the driveway at 5:12 p.m. Sunday. The wallet was returned to the owner.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the 13000 block of Industrial Parkway for a property damage crash involving a 2018 Ford Fusion that drove off the road and struck a tree at 5:32 p.m. Sunday. As a result of the investigation, the driver, Derik W. Holbrook, 25, of Marysville was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 34000 block of Longberry Road to investigate the theft of catalytic converters at 7:12 p.m. Sunday.
