Police responded to a report of theft in the 700 block of E. Fourth Street at 10:07 a.m. Tuesday. A local business reported theft of merchandise.
Police responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 1300 block of Mill Park Drive at 12:09 p.m. Tuesday. The subject reported there was “white powder” on their car.
Police responded to a report of a mental health issue in the 1800 block of Deer Crossing Drive at 11:51 a.m. Tuesday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy responded to Claibourne Road north of Gandy Eddy Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2017 Honda Accord that struck several dogs in the roadway at 5:55 a.m. on Tuesday. A crash report was taken.
A deputy and officers from the Marysville Police Department were dispatched to a residence in the 17000 block of Echo Drive for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 6:59 a.m. on Tuesday. No report was taken.
Deputies and units from the Plain City Police Department, the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Pleasant Valley Fire District responded to the intersection of U.S. 42 and Route 736 for an injury involving a 2011 Nissan Rogue that struck a 2010 Honda CR-V at 2:28 p.m. on Tuesday. One victim was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital, and a crash report was taken.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Adam M. Alltop, 35 of Marysville, for a bond violation at 3:55 p.m. on Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A Union County deputy met with a Logan County deputy to take custody of Jeffrey R. O’Hara, 45 of Zanesfield, for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:05 p.m. on Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 21000 block of Wolford Maskill Road for an unruly juvenile at 10 p.m. on Tuesday. No report was taken.
A deputy was sent to the Licking County Jail to take custody of Tyler T. Thompson, 27 of Johnstown, for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:49 p.m. on Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Officers responded to a crash involving a Toyota vehicle and a Lincoln vehicle at Watkins Road and U.S. 42 at 5:09 a.m. on Wednesday. Both drivers sustained injuries. One driver was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital. Another driver was transported as well, but their location was not confirmed. A crash report was taken.
